They've been terrible the past few months, from constantly forgetting to put skim milk on my iced coffee to asking them to put skim milk and defending that milk is in there when it clearly isn't. This picture from this morning takes it - a hot coffee when the label explicitly says iced coffee
Great service, professional and it is one of the best Dunkin' donuts places that have been to. I know employee that makes me the best iced coffee during happy hours. Happy hours are between 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Any size coffee you want is two bucks with tax. I usually get my iced coffee on Mondays
I ordered 3 ice coffees. Got one right. They communicated well with taking my order but when I came to the window my coffees were wrong. My caramel ice coffee with cream and sugar has no caramel and 5 sweet and low with cream. I knew because that’s what it said on the sticker label on my drink. I s

Hashbrowns are somehow simultaneously burnt and soggy, if you get 5 pieces you're lucky. Breakfast sandwiches are always cold. Frozen beverages never blended. I live literally next door and I'll drive to Berwyn or Countryside instead of this location

Horrible place ordered from here 1 cappuccino and a dozen donuts and I picked the donuts and they still gave me all the wrong donuts and the drink I ordered was wrong also they can’t listen to simple directions apparently
