My chicken Caesar salad was burnt chicken and drowned in Caesar dressing… took 15min to have someone come give menu and took 20 min to bring cards back. Came one time with food and nothing else.
Food was excellent, restaurant could use a spring cleaning!! Especially in between the booths where the backrest meets the seat. Music was way to loud but the food was worth it! I'd go back if were were passing by. Friendly service:)
Poor service. Party of 4 guests on a Friday at 2pm. Hardly anyone in Applebee's. My sister, who was a guest, ended up bringing food to our table. The waitress handed it off to her! Unbelievable. Then we had to get our own napkins, silverware and hunt a waitress down to get a container to go. H
Excellent service and delicious meal. Upon arrival I was greeted by the manager. I only had a few minute wait time. Normally it’s a little bit longer during the week day but not much. I ordered food to go and it was hot and delicious when I got home. The dessert was packed so that I could enjoy it with the meal or save it for later, which I did.
Came in for lunch and got seated. Our waitress right off the bat had attitude. It was very rude and unprofessional. I don’t recommend going to this Applebees.
Last time we went here, they took an hour to just get our order. We gave another try and they didn’t disappoint us this time. Food was amazing. We were attended quickly and the food came soon as well.
