We have been to Hardee’s many times but today was the best visit we have had. The staff was super friendly. I have never felt like a more valued customer anywhere else. Our food came quickly and tastes amazing! Thank you!
I was at the restaurant a few minutes after 12pm. There were 2 people waiting for their food in front of me, no one eating in the dining area and 3 cars in the drive thru. I placed my order immediately, regular order, nothing special, and it took over 10 minutes to get it. I heard the manager say a few times to the 1 person working in the back that drive thru orders had preference over the orders in the restaurant. Besides the slowness, the restaurant was clean and the food was normal for Hardees. Dine in orders were served in a bag so they must not use trays at this time.
They didn't have the fryer on because they were closing in minutes but took the time to tell us what they do have.
