I been to this location a few times. Most recently I got some lunch to go. I ordered a chicken sandwich and french fries on the app. It took a few minutes before my food was ready even though it said it would be ready 15 minutes prior to my arriving. They moved pretty quickly even though the place

Solid Shake Shack quality. Ate avocado bacon burger and drank ice tea, which were ok but not extraordinary. Prices have risen and also a tip is expected.
This shake shack is open later relative to the stores in the area. Fast ordering via the app but took around 10 minutes to get my order despite not having many customers around.
The burgers and malt shakes are yummy. The shakes are a bit small and pricey. The fries were not very hot. There service dumb--I have to order at the kiosk, and wait for my name to be called. They seem to waist a lot of time calling names and looking for the people.
Yummy recommended, but they need to clean the place and the tables more often.
got the shackburger and smokeshack; beef patty was flavourful and delicious. the peppers in the smokeshack made it unique and had a little spice kick. fries were an interesting crinkle shape but nothing extraordinary. delicious burger franchise, wish we had locations in Toronto!
Kids' friendly place; kids were given coloring books with different games on it.

Amazing burgers to try if you don't have a Shake Shack where you are from. If you go for the regular cheeseburger, I recommend adding bacon, you won't be disappointed. Fried are good and really crunchy. I went late at night and it wasn't busy and service was fairly fast.
This place is the best. They're extremely helpful patient. The food is good and they really go out of their way to accommodate customers. I ordered wrong here and they fixed it, no problem, is a breather of fresh air.
I ordered the fries I did online they said about 4 to 10 minutes. I go in there nine minutes and I still had to wait. They were warm not hot but I ate it anyway because I was hungry the place could use a spot clean as well as the bathroom
Gotta love their consistency here. The fries and burger are good as any other shake shack. They are a bit dear though. But hey, there's no homeless or crazies around so that's a plus.
I've wanted to try Shake Shack for the longest time to see if the hype was real.

Burgers, fries, and shakes are delicious and rich. The line for the bathroom is super long, it seems like the only public bathroom in downtown Brooklyn.
Shake shack, nothing crazy about this location. It’s quite standard and up to par. The only thing I wished was that it didn’t take so long for the food to be ready. I had to wait 15 minutes for the food. And probably finished the food in less that 5 min. But I can tell you that the burger is a solid
The food is great. The staff is courteous and friendly. Shake Shack has dine in, take out and delivery. A nice place to visit for a bite to eat
