This is everything you want from a neighbourhood Pizza shop. They are welcoming, the place is warm and the food is great. Ordered the grandma slice and a white slice. Both were VERY good. The grandma dough was a little dense and less airy than I expected. Sauce was very rich and tasted great. They have wine and beer available along with a seating and a bathroom inside. This is what I picture when I think of NYC pizza.

I've been here a bunch of times whenever I'm in the city. It definitely lives up to its name! I haven't found any pizza that is as fresh and crisp as Best Pizza. Such a great spot to chill with a few slices and friends. Reminds me what a pizza spot probably looked like in the 1960's.

One of best brooklyn pizza. Thin crust and crispy base. Slightly sweet sauce. They are always putting pizzas in the oven so your slice(s) will be hot 🔥 and delicious. Got the cheese and pepperoni slice.

One of the best pizzas that we tried on our pizza crawl in NY. Delicious and crispy crust, tasty sauce, and I loved the way the homemade mozzarella melted on the cheese slice. Love the look of the store, the oven and great staff. One of my first stops for sure when I'm back!

Best pizza was pretty dang good! I really liked the grandma slice because of the saucy tomatoes. I thought my white slice was a little dry honestly but I appreciated how crispy it was and also the addition of some seeds for extra texture.

Had this on my bucket list for a long time now and it exceeded my expectations. From the food, to the decor, and that 100 year old oven place was amazing. Heck the bathroom reminded me of my childhood. The sink alone reminded me something from religion class and my grandmother's apartment. Back to the food, the white slice is probably the best one I've had yet. The plain was awesome as well and my family loved it too. Happy I took the trip from Rockland and can't wait to come back soon!

This place is dope! Pizza was nice and thin( if you like that sorta style) the sauce had a subtle sweetness to it and there was a lil basil leaf under each pepperoni! Now that's attention to detail man! I will be going back every Friday for as long as I'm working on the subway near by.

As the name says, it really is the best pie around. Tastes like a classic new york slice, but elevated to the next level. Wishing them continued success

The tiny shop was definitely a vibe with some outdoor seating as well. We got the white pizza and it had sesame seeds on the crust which was really fragrant and great. Wish there was more toppings though!

Wow. They did not bluff when they said best pizza. Probably the best pizza I have had so far. The white pizza in particular is on another level...

The taste is very good. However it is not Brooklyn authentic pizza, and I know this by asking for a " plain " slice and they responded by saying " you mean cheese only? " It is wood fired , which I love, and the pepperoni slices are delicious. They're large and thinly sliced pieces of pepperoni with a nice flavor profile. I will definitely go there again, but will not order ( wood fired slices do not travel well ).

I visited new York for a week and visited about 10 pizza places. I think I put Best Pizza second on my list behind Di Fara, slice was delicious. The only slight criticism I have is that the crust was very big, would have preferred less crust and more cheese and tomato. Staff were very friendly and I loved the look of the restaurant. I could eat this pizza for the rest of my life and be happy. Highly recommended!!

This was the third and the last stop of the day for my NYC pizza tour. Located in the pizza capital neighbourhood of Williamsburg, BK; would suggest not to judge the place over its ambience. The staff though was pretty friendly and were quickly providing service to the patrons inside. The only thing was the place was too hot inside and one could literally feel the heat from the pizza brick oven. Coming over to the slice, the regular slice seemed much better than the last two places. The crust though was thin, the cheese and marinara sauce was able to make up for the flavor and I think they had a basil leaf inside the slice which made it even more flavorful! As for my part 1 of NYC tour, this place takes the top spot. I'll be moving on to try other pizza places and see what they offer!

Great pizzas with a nice and thin dough. I really liked the white slice. Pepperoni and grandma were decent as well. Finished 2 slices with ease (excluding the crust). The restaurant was lacking cleanliness though, even spotted a cockroach crawling on the wall.

Been here a few times and always a consistent great slice of NY style pizza. Great choice if you are in Brooklyn!

I love this place and have been coming for over a decade. In addition to their tasty wood fired pizza, their secret delights are salads and side dishes. The meatball and eggplant parmigiano is like no other. They use only fresh ingredients, and everything is made to order.

I loved the Sicilian and Grandma Slice. So so good. Very high quality ingredients and the dough was super light, airy and crisp. The NY slice was also fire but I do prefer the little cupped pepperonis more. They make their own mozzarella and you can tell. Prices are cheap, service is friendly and the place looks cool. Overall definitely a great puritan NY Pizza stop.
