Friend Of A Farmer - Brooklyn - Photo album

I was here for my friend's birthday! The atmosphere was good and lovely for the occasion even though it was bit pricy. The sangria was really good and my favorite was the cornbread and jam that came out in the beginning. I had a pork chop and it was ok. However, I took a bite of my friend's shepherd
Solid food in Brooklyn Heights. There are a few things that keep it from 5-Star status: it’s very drafty on any side of the restaurant in the path of the door — and by drafty I mean freezing even in front of the fireplace. The soups are lacking in salt and the amount of things they ran out of were a
I went there for brunch, I ate some eggs benedict with baked potatoes and everything was very good, as you can figure from the pic. The place, indoors, is very well furnished and the wood is beautiful. Staff is friendly and accommodating.
Food was great and service was pretty good as well. I would definitely come back!
Food was pretty good. Cozy atmosphere and very good service earns it the 4 stars
Such a beautiful restaurant. I came here with my girlfriend for an anniversary and we immediately started talking about how it would be a perfect place to bring her parents. Food is great, but the decor is really what sets it apart. Best in decent outdoor weather just for the back patio, which is re
Great service and beautiful food. We stopped for lunch and had the cod and the crab cakes which were on the pricier end of the menu but worth it. I also ordered a fresh juice which was delicious. Our server was really friendly and happy to give up some tips on where to get a good view of the city
The food here is so yummy. I highly recommend the crab cakes. This place emphasizes farm to table and only has the freshest ingredients. They bring out their warm homemade cornbread with apple chutney as a starter. The place is nice and quaint inside, and the service is awesome - people here are so
Came here for brunch with our dog, the staff was really friendly and the food was great. We got eggs benedict and an omelette, they were both very good. The home fries that come with most brunch plates are yummy as well. They also gave us a complimentary corn bread dish which was nice.
Great breakfast, although the decor really makes the place outstanding. Our waiter was fantastic, dealt with our questions graciously. Calm and relaxed ambiance, with comforting food that was not too heavy.
The only problem with this place may be the service. Food: Amazing menu with elevated dishes and crazy good brunch and dinner. I've been here twice and had the duck (out of this world), and the salmon Benedict (great brunch). I definitely have to come back to try their burger which looks phenomenal
I have read a few less than stellar reviews. Hmmm. Cannot agree. Excellent meal, very b good service, terrific food. Oh and really attractive space. We sat upstairs near the fireplace. Loved it and we a will return. Totally recommend.
