Il Porto Ristorante & Wood Fired Pizza - Brooklyn - Photo album

Amazing pizza! I got a slice of the grandma pizza and it changed how I view pizzas. It’s a new favorite for me. Crispy, yet chewy crust and a sauce that excellently compliments it all. I had a Boylan root beer with it and loved my time at the restaurant. Friendly staff.
Great setting. Very lively atmosphere. Had a quick chicken and sausage pizza roll. It was prepared just right and filling. The feel of fresh crust is still lingering. Pictures in the wall and the general ambience took me back to Godfather movie setting of old New York.would like to visit again.
My personal experience is from my frequent visits to IL Porto in Brooklyn, NY, and the fact that I am one of the vocal entertainers there on most weekends with a duo or trio, and one whom all the customers admire and enjoy. I am a true witness to the delicious Italian dishes that I have tasted. Eac
Love their pizza crust. Excellent marinara taste!!
This place has very distinctive "home-made" atmosphere and their food tastes as they chef is some old Italian grandmother. The portions are generous and very tasty. Everything from pasta to dessert is homemade. The place has nice outdoor seating as well and live music, which wasn't loud and irritat
I have been to many Italian restaurants all across the city. I put IL Porto in with the best of them. If you are looking for an Italian restaurant in downtown Brooklyn, I honestly believe you can’t find better. The atmosphere is relaxed, the portions generous and the taste consistently great. Over
I dropped by to get a slice of pizza. I love their grandma’s pizza. It had the right balance soft dough with a crispy base. Eat it while it’s hot and fresh to enjoy the texture. If you love garlic on bread, order the garlic knots. The knots were smothered and overloaded with garlic flavor; perfect
Absolutely beautiful restaurant. The service was impeccable, and the pizzas were so fresh and perfect. The owner came out and spoke with us for several minutes, giving us the scoop on the history of the place and the process of gathering the freshest ingredients. 10/10 recommended this place. Best I
All around A+. Food is made w quality, Service is very attentive. Live Jazz. Amazing cocktails and very cute atmosphere much try. Oh also get the home made gnocchi unbelievably good. And the home made tiramisu. THE BOMB.
Amazing Authentic Italian food nestled in Clinton Hill Brooklyn. Live jazz on Fridays and Saturdays from 7 to 10. Their menu offers fresh homemade pasta and wood fired Pizza. Definitely a must try place. The atmosphere is so nice and outdoor patio seating is available. You must check it out.
We came in to the pizzeria for a slice but ended up sitting in the restaurant for the live music instead. Our waitress Kelsey was super sweet and attentive and the food came out perfect. Highly recommend the calamari and the grandma pie - the tiramisu was also to die for. Definitely plan to return f
Great place for a quick slice of Pizza or a nice dinner (2 sections of the restaurant). Great pizza. Pastas are good too. Spinach Salad is my favorite. On weekends music by Charlie makes for a great atmosphere.
Great food, friendly service, and very clean establishment. Excellent wine and cocktails selection. My girlfriend loved the rack of lamb come with crispy potato croquettes and French beans. Amazing wood brick oven pizza and calzones are scrumptious.
The owner Vinny and son Sal make you feel like at home. Their food is excellent. Granma pizza out of this world. Will return again for sure.
Very nice restaurant. Home made quality food. Much cheaper and better than engine oil and with cheese sold at liberty Pizza on myrtle ave just one block away. Inside is hospitable and beautiful. Basically this place makes me want to come back every day.
I was here years ago, about 9 maybe 🤔 The pizza is or was absolutely delicious and if still run by the same owner he was extremely friendly! I was delivering fish just up the street that came all the way from Winnipeg Manitoba Canada 🇨🇦
This is the spot for Brooklyn pizza pastas. Owners behind the counter/bar, lots of regulars, neighborhood staple, boxes stacked to the moon. Old school hospitality, remember everyone's orders and names, easy parking on weekends.
What amazing place. From the Wood fired Pizza to the specialty Italian dishes and down to the live jazz, this place Rocks! Their amazing cocktail selection and Ambiance is bar none. Must try.
