Kiwiana Restaurant - Brooklyn - Photo album

The kiwi burger was delicious and the lamb as well. I tried the Boysenberry cider and it was sweet and yummy, also their warm fuzzy sweater drink was so sweet. The waitress was nice and quick with the service, would def come back!
Cute and lovely place to dine with a couple of friends. Saw people with kids here too. Friendly staffs and great food. Lucky to have such a restaurant in this neighborhood.
Great service in a corset atmosphere, we went at New Years but the service was still fast and the food was on point! I would recommend it for sure, the portions are not small either.
We love coming here for light, creative dishes, and refreshing cocktails. Service is always very attentive and every dish I've tried, I haven't been disappointed.
Good cocktails, fantastic service. One in our party has dietary restrictions and they happily made an off-menu plate. The baby back ribs were incredibly tender. The fried chicken was a little overcooked but the sides were fantastic. If I'm in the neighborhood again, I'd gladly return.
We've been here twice and had a really lovely experience both times. The food manages to stand out as both comforting and innovative. Several dishes are twists on modern American (both North & South) classics. Chef Simmons personally provides a welcoming atmosphere, making this a neighborhood gem. I
Great unique and delicious food with very friendly and attentive staff. Some of the best Pavlova cake my dad has ever had, and an amazing selection of wine. Eating here really feels like being in New Zealand. It's a must visit! Again and again!
An underappreciated neighborhood gem. Brunch is always popular, but dinner is also fantastic. If you're looking for a quiet spot with great food, this is excellent! Menu boasts favorites (like lamb chops and the fried chicken) as well as some seasonal choices. They also have a great private event sp
We love Kiwiana. They have great food and a very friendly staff. We actually had our engagement brunch here and they printed custom menus for us and really made sure the meal went well, which of course it did! Highly recommend.
Consistently good food at a reasonable price. Friendly service -- chef Mark even comes out to check on things. The decor is modeled after his grandma's kitchen, very different from the typical tin ceiling and brick wall look. Brunch is fairly busy, but there seems to always be one open table, so
Great brunch spot in park slope. Super friendly staff and attentive. Variety of brunch cocktails mixed with fresh fruit. Standouts are the kiwi and i went with the bloody mary. Could of used a bit more kick and tomato flavor but still satisfying. Nice options of specials and i went with the veggie o
Went to Kiwiana for an early dinner and caught the end of happy hour. The restaurant is beautifully decorated (what perplexing wallpaper!) with an attentive wait staff. The prices are a little over my every day budget, but are worth every penny! Try the Farmer's Daughter cocktail if they're still ma
Had great service and very yummy food at a Saturday brunch. It wasn't very full, but they were closing midday for a private event so that might have changed things. Was a bit surprised that brunch was cash only. The French toast was delicious. And my friend said her Eggs Benedict was quite yummy too
Food was very good, fresh and healthy! Definitely lots of flavor and we got lucky with the $1 oysters which were amazing! Service was also good. Looking forward to trying their brunch.
My brunch fare seemed pretty standard, I'm not sure if it had a New Zealand twist or not. The potato hash it came with was different though. But it was all delicious. The mimosa options were good, I opted for the kiwi one; 'when in Rome'. I'd like to go back for dinner and see what Kiwi food is all
Unique and delicious experience. This is the first New Zealand restaurant I’ve been to and the food was outstanding. I also discovered a white wine from New Zealand I’d never seen before and plan to purchase a case once I track down an importer.
A great local farm to table restaurant with a New Zealand flare. We had a great dinner and were never rushed even though it was a Friday night at peak times. The food was so delicious, it's hard to pick one favorite dish. If I had any complaint it may be that the bar was not fully stocked.
A go-to place for brunch (cash only)- delicious with great service! Try the scones-these are literally the best scones I've ever tasted. My favorite brunch items include the seasonal omelet, if you're feeling savory and the chai-spiced french toast, if you're feeling sweet!
