Why 3.5 star? Well I have to agree with some of the reviews. Bagel is tiny for NYC standard. I bet whoever roll it has a tiny hand too. I finish the bagel in like 4 to 6 bites not half but the whole damn thing with cream cheese and 🍅. Serious get someone with a bigger hand or bigger machine.

Best bagel that I’ve ever had. My partner and I used to live right by it in park slope and ate it once or twice every weekend. Now that we live further away we still drive there once every couple weeks because it’s that good. I even bring it as gifts when I visit friends outside the city.
