Went here when it was pretty cold, but it was our last day in NYC so we stuck to the cause. Great views of the city skyline including the Empire State and Chrysler buildings. Great vibe and and staff are super friendly. Would be fantastic here on a warm/hot summers day and evening!

This place is perfect for its view. Make sure you arrive before sunset and you’ll have the best and most beautiful view of manhattans skyline. The energy of the place is cool and relaxing. The food and drinks are not that great but you can spend sometime there with friends just enjoying the sighting. The bathrooms are small battery style (super hot in spring-summer) but are clean.

Trendy and crowded joint with a good selection of beers and good frozen margaritas (which is not entirely an oxymoron). It has long communal tables which invite making new friends and you may end up spending an entire afternoon of comfortable “libating” and bar food (which is good) munching.

Super cool floating barge bar with incredible views of Manhattan. Some decent food options but the view is the attraction. Nice air conditioned bathrooms. Very safe neighborhood too.

Perfect place to enjoy beautiful summer nights by the water and sunsets😎 Good vibe and amazing skyline. They offer drinks and food, food you will need to order online following the instructions on the tables. Great spot!!!!

Absolutely amazing spot, come here on the weekday to beat the crowds and catch the sunset. Arguably one of the best sunset spots in NYC, and you get to drink a beer with it as well. It can get pretty overwhelming on the weekends so be prepared. Pro tip: If you come on a weekend check out this spot at night most people leave right when the sun starts to set and the city skyline at night is always spectacular. They have a food truck though you have to order online and be sitting at a table which can be annoying because they are always filled before the sunset, wish they had a better system set up.

Lovely spot on the water for drinks with great views of the city. If you want food, you have to order on your phone and have the grub delivered. It's unique but a bit of a hassle. Good place for groups.

Super hip, great vibe and fantastic view. Absolutely great place to hang out. The Barge brew beer is delicious. Only thing to improve is the fries, not tasty at all.

Very nice place on the barge in Greenpoint. I liked it, good vibes and of course expect it to be crowded on hot summer nights, especially on the weekends. I did not try the food but it looked good. You can order food only online which makes it a little weird to me..can't really understand why.Get there with subway cause parking is not so easy. Be patient and you'll find a spot where to sit with your friends, probably a shared table.Enjoy the sunset on Manhattan while you're sipping your margarita!

Really awesome place with a crazy view of the Manhattan skyline. Kinda weird to get to since it's down an alley, but good food and nice bar out on the barge. Ps if you get motion sickness, don't go out on the barge for too long.

Very nice bar in the heart of Green Point. It is on a floating platform therefore don’t go there if you suffer from sea sickness (and if you drank too much) :) wide beer and cocktail selection, although prices are quite high.

Initially I thought it was pricey but I had a good hit from The alcohol in the cocktails. It was good but not like wow. They had run out of certain beers on tap, which was disappointing. But the place was wow, including the music selection, which was oldies, on a Saturday afternoon. The atmosphere is very welcoming!

Great location and nice ambiance. Really can't beat the view and the warm breezes on a summer evening. Wasn't too crowded on a Friday night so we could find a couple of waterfront seats. When we were there they were short staffed though so the queues at the bar were loooong, which was annoying. But other than that a really great spot, day or night.

Classic spot on the water for refreshing drinks. Catch it on sunset for a great view. Can get pretty crowded at times, but there are plenty of places to stand if seating is unavailable.

One of the best bars with an amazing view of Manhattan. The environment is really cool and the way to order it’s really good too. You must visit this place, you will enjoy it for sure!

I was there to educate about the Billion Oyster Project (BOP) and water issues in general but it looks like a wonderful place to be and it's in a very interesting part of town. So pleasant to be outside.

Went here on a lovely sunny day, amazing location with views of Manhattan. Had the wings and chicken burger (4star for food). The food is ordered via a weblink which is unique.
