Nice drinks, very authentic and tasty tacos and guacamole. Close to Barclay's Center so a good spot for pre-event meal so long as you get there two hours before event as it starts to get packed as you get closer and the place is small.

Love this restaurant!! The food was so good that I ate there 3 days in a row so I could try everything on the menu! It has a hip & friendly vibe, and service is spot on. Vic is an awesome bartender. He makes you feel welcome and makes the best margaritas EVER!! Location is perfect to meet up with friends before or after a concert or game to have a drink or two and some eats as it's right across from Barclay Center. Pricing is super reasonable and really quick service so you can get in and out if you need to. Elote ( crema corn) and jalapenos for starters, Carnitas tacos made with fresh hand made corn tortillas and the Dulce Y Caliente margarita are my favorites. Also, be sure to get the made to order guacamole to go along with the crisp and light chips and salsas that you won't find anywhere else. So good....my mouth is watering as I'm writing this. BOOM!

This place was AMAZING - the atmosphere and food (service could have been a little quicker if they were probably staffed). A MUST visit especially before a concert at the Barclay Center - get there early though.

As a Mexican, and as a proud taco religion follower and aficionado, the carnitas tacos are super delicious!!. The ambience is perfect, and the location is one of the best areas in Brooklyn.

That is my favorite place ever! I always go there to get Quesadilla . You can choose kind of meat you want inside. I'm usually getting either chicken or pork. It comes with side of rice and beans, guacamole ( it comes with small portion you can order guacamole appetizer if you want big bowl), sour cream... It is soooooo delicious. Trust me. I bring my friend there and she liked this place as much as me do. The atmosphere, the service, and food . You won't regret. I celebrated my birthday there. I liked spicy margarita .

Hands down the best Mexican food I’ve tasted in a long time! I live in Long Island so there isn’t many to choose from! If you ever are in the area or have a concert at the Barclays center this is the place to go! The service was fast the prices were really good for the quality of food I wish it was a little bit bigger we had to sit by the window so while you were stuffing your face people would constantly look at you but no big deal definitely not a deal breaker! My cousin and I attended the post Malone concert and wanted to eat something before I’m glad we chose this place we ordered the Brooklyn queso amazing we ordered two orders of the jalapeño poppers they were so good lightly fried so it wasn’t heavy on the stomach, elote with was probably the best I’ve ever eaten and then the chicken quesadilla omg so good! Along with two drinks total 60 dollars! Can’t beat that

Great spot to hit up before you go to the Barclay. Went here on a whim. Glad I did. The food was great, the tacos 🌮 were stuffed with goodness. The ambience is sheek, with a great table top looking out to the street. The rice and beans were awesome, the rice had a buttery taste to it, which no one does and I loved it. Their strong point is the food, the margarita was weak. My only concern is that happy hour ends at 6, it should be 4-8. Many nyc people don't get out until 6 anyways, like myself. The service was prompt, my waitress was kind and patient.

Great drinks and great food. They make the tortillas for the tacos fresh to order. Service was fantastic. Got the carne asada tacos, and was really impressed. Even the rice and beans that came with it were excellent. I'll definitely be back.

taco tortillas made from scratch, excellent flavor combos, and incredible spicy or smoky margaritas (can't go wrong with either dolce y caliente or the mezcalrita)

Our new fave neighborhood spot. Food was so so good. Fresh, delicious, plentiful. And equally as important, the staff was so accommodating and nice. It was stop and start rain while we were sitting outside and they were quick to get us shelter and reset up for us when it stopped. Also, amazing drinks. Spicy mezcal margarita was 100%!!!

Deliciously flavorful food with fresh ingredients. We ordered the chicken burrito and potato and pepper burrito and they were both awesome. The drinks were strong— I had a sweet and spicy margarita and really enjoyed it. It was a nice night out and the doors/windows were open which I appreciated. Really great vibe overall and the bar tender gave great recommendations and was super friendly. Will definitely be coming here again!

Aside from having a funny name, this place makes some legit food and their tacos and margaritas are absolutely Delicious. Came here on a first date and I think we had six margaritas each. No over the top flavors, just authentic mixes. Everyone should stop in if you're looking for a quick bite.

Everything we have tried has been awesome! Not our normal neighborhood, but our dog is being treated at a vet nearby so we were looking for lunch to break the stress of sitting at the vet. We went in with no expectations, but came out with a belly of praise! Watching the cooks make the corn tortillas on the spot was a treat. Go here, you will love it.

Stopped by during happy hour before 6pm. Beers and two margarita options for $7. The deal for the beers just included a shot of the house tequila for an extra buck. Guacamole was tasty. Taco fillings were good, but the shells were unappetizing. The steak was the best. The tacos also seemed like they were left out for a bit. Service was good. One bathroom available.

One of our absolute favorites in Brooklyn. Great selection of drinks and the food is always fresh and tasty. We've never had a bad meal here! Love their fresh take on guac with grapes and pomegranate seeds, and the jalapeno poppers are a delicious shareable appetizer. Staff is very friendly.

My fiancé and I come here often. It's our first suggestion with friends too. The food is always great and the drinks are right on. Jose at the bar is super friendly. We usually go to the restaurant but their delivery is also really good -- everything comes packaged well.

The Authentic taste was amazing. The Bartender Jose was awesome his drinks were made with the knowledge and skill of the Mexican tradition and taste. The place is a must if you love real Hispanic culture and taste. Each cuisen was filled with tantalizing spices I thought had been Americanized but not here true Mexican flavor.

2/27/19 update: had the chicken burrito, really good and a nice portion. Jalapeno poppers were nice as well, a bit on the high side at 4 (halves) for $5. Service still very good and friendly. Really good food, nice people work here. Prices are ok... But chips n salsa will cost you $6.
