Provence En Boite - Brooklyn - Photo album

This place is amazing! The pasty is delicious; the quiche is light and creamy; the coffee is strong and rich. Great quiet retreat for a warm meal
I was here recently following France's win in the World Cup. Lovely atmosphere. My burger was underwhelming.
Always an amazing breakfast here. Pastries are really fresh, and service is always great. Croque Madame is by far my favorite thing on the menu. Go on a beautiful day, as they open up everything and it's super comfortable.
Great for your soul, not for your diet! Came to this hood to help a friend move but I was an hour early. Went to Bistro Francais to grab a cup of coffee and kill some time. When I walked in I felt like I stepped out of Brooklyn and into Paris (well almost anyway). The owners did a great job decorat
Visited for lunch on Wednesday afternoon. Crepe with bechamel sauce, mushrooms and greens was sensational. Service was extremely attentive. Manager/Owner topped off my glass of Bordeaux with what remained in the bottle at no charge. I would definitely go back.
My family and I LOVED this place!!!! So many great memories here. I loved the steak frites and their pastries were great. When I lived in Brooklyn, quite a few birthdays and other special occasions were spent here. 5 stars all the way.
Went there for brunch - I'd recommend the Eggs Benedict Royal and Bloody Mary, they were both great! That being said, the service was on the slower side, maybe because we were sitting outside? It took about 10 minutes for the waiter to get us water. Otherwise, we had a nice time.
Wonderful authentic French cuisine. Try the scallops, great value with so much flavor. The family is amazing and give exceptional service, very friendly.
I had passed by a couple of weeks earlier, adding it to the gMaps list I keep as "Date Spots" to take my spouse. It did not disappoint -- a fabulous late-lunch which; great, laid-back and transportative atmosphere which, by coincidence, coincided that day with France's win in the 2008 World Cup
One of the nest french restaurants in new york ive ever tried. With freshly made inhouse pastries and Its amazing merguez sandwich i could imagine many to be impressed here. Im going to have to return many more times to try as much of the menu as i can.
Enjoyed the cappuccino and almond croissant during the pre-dinner hours. Delicious! FYI: This is cash only (they have an atm in the back and I only found out after dining in, le sigh)
great classic french cooking, their "dine-in brooklyn" restaurant week meals were the best value in the nabe. love their lamb chops, their wine list needs to improve though.
We had a wonderful breakfast on a beautiful morning. The food was excellent and the service matched it. All in all it was a beautiful Saturday morning.
