Gold nugget in Williamsburg. What a good surprise: Saturday, 1pm, trying to find a good place to grab a bite to eat. After a few tries in some "fashionable" (and noisy and dark and crowdy and 45mn-wait) places with odd people wearing bobble hats and sunglasses inside, we luckily ended up at Miranda
Although the portions are lean (some may consider that a good thing), their food is full of flavor and their french toast was far from ordinary - overall, a good departure from the standard.
Great restaurant. Itallian and Spanish fusion. You get the best of both worlds. The only draw back was I found the portions a bit small. Everything else was superb
The BEST place in Williamsburg. Not over-run with hipsters. Just a homey, comfortable place with consistent and incredible food and service.
