Unique Coffee. The West is a hip spot in Brooklyn's Williamsburg neighborhood with ample seating area, good coffee, and several beers on tap. You get an 8 oz. cup of joe with a fruity flavor that takes you out of your comfort zone and makes you question your daily Starbucks stop.
I just realized today that I don’t walk in my own community. I stopped by this place cause it’s the last resort before I go in the subway. I needed a nice latte to stay awake with. Not only did I get a nice lattee but a bag of bagels for the munchies. Nice place. It seems like a bar also. Different. Can’t beat it for the hot cup before the subway. #kingofcoffeenyc
Great cafe/bar for the remote workers of Brooklyn. Wi-Fi is generally fast. Come in the morning for a coffee or grab/transition to a drink in the afternoon or evening. Service is great, and the atmosphere will have you living the true hipster, creative-type, freelancer life from whatever indie film made you want to move to New York in the first place. Just don’t ever say that out loud like I just did ;)
Had a really cool event with DJs and producers tonight, the vibes were immaculate. Perfect for a date / catching up with friends. Def coming back for future events!

A wonderful coffee spot with a super friendly staff and of course, delicious coffee. They have a lunch menu of $10 pressed sandwiches and they are very yummy for the price. (Try the buffalo chicken sandwich, you won’t regret it) They have an outside sitting in the back which is fun when the weather is nice! Nice chilled music vibes that are great for studying or hanging out then turns into a fun social upbeat bar environment at night.

I really like this place.. I come 4-5 times a week. Great food, solid beer and cocktails choices, overall chill vibe during the day/night.. My only complaint is the music is way too loud during the day depending on the bartender. This is a awesome place to work during the day. The reality is people work remotely now. Not saying this should be library quiet but would love if they tune it down a bit.. 4.5 stars ⭐️ I’ll continue to come here for quite sometime. The hummus toast is too damn good along with the beer and shot and movie nights..
Good coffee, nice baristas, decent environment, wifi is garbage. Would be back for coffee or drink, but not to work.

I love this bar/coffee spot! It's chill it's comfortable and they have tea all day long! If you're ever looking for a place to hang, catch up or just chill this is the place to be. It has a nice relaxing atmosphere inside and a backyard to sit chat and play cards at! They also serve food; grilled cheese, burritos and paninis! As well as gluten free muffins and bars! Stop by if you're ever in the neighborhood!
Amazing coffee, service and food. Every visit the staff make me feel so welcome. Today I tried tuna bagel for the first time and it was fresh and tasty, Thank you so much.
All “the west” staff are incredibly hospitable, warm, and welcoming. Today my boyfriend and I had stressful work days and came to the west to unwind- and Matt was an absolutely pleasure, making us feel at home the second we walked in. Would definitely recommend the west!
Super cute local place! They have a great coffee selection and amazing seasonal options. The maple latte was to die for. They even have options like espresso martinis and matcha lemonade. Went for breakfast, but can definitely see myself going back for drinks in the evening to see the different vibes.
Literally ordered a Tito’s, saw him pour a well vodka and the Tito’s bottle was behind him… ha I left a review I think they read it cause I got top service after. It’s a chill spot. They have grilled cheese and munchies. It’s packed here on a Wednesday at 12am.
We come here most days for coffee in the mornings and drinks in the evenings. Solid coffee and drink offerings and an even more wonderful staff. Even brought our wedding reception here after we had to leave our venue. A+ all around.
I came here with friends for a mid-week meetup on Tuesday. The bartenders were very nice and accommodating. They had turned off their espresso machine but were nice enough to turn it back on for us to have espresso martinis. Overall, their drinks were great! At the end, one of the bartenders took a shot of tequila with us.
