**update!! The owner Mendel is a mensch and truly cares about the customer experience of his patrons. He was super receptive to what happened and has handled the situation internally. I can’t wait for my next trip to Sweet Expressions with my family!** ————————- I have been a happy customer of Sweet Expressions for years :) When I first moved to CH I would frequent it with friends and then later on as a wife and mother with my own family. So it really made me sad and pause when I recently experienced and saw such a scene in the store. With a small line forming and one person doing all the work-while 3 people were working, I politely asked in English and then Spanish (when I noticed the two other workers who were leaving their third coworker in the lurch to do all the work were Spanish speaking) to please assist, and I was completely ignored. The one sweet girl who was trying to tend to all the customers looked calm but frustrated as it seems those same coworkers were ignoring her as well!! My daughter and I finally got our ice cream from this sweet worker, as did all the other patrons, but as I walked away I knew I couldn't stay quiet. I really really hope that this review is looked at and taken into account by management. It really made me feel so bad to see firstly, how this girl is managing all on her own while these two other workers are laughing and ignoring her and the customers (!!) and that I, too, was ignored when I tried to ask for help...in 2 languages! I would like to of course return as I have for so many years, but until this is resolved I do not feel comfortable going back.

Cool spot that opens until late on a weekday. Candy Land for many. Dairy and sorbet Ice cream, waffles, candies, snacks, gift baskets. Indoor and outdoor seating. Ok prices.

There's a great variety of food but very popular for his sandwiches. The line goes out the door for them. I get it a five star. Yummy yummy yum

This has got to be the best pace cream shop in Brooklyn. fresh and tasty with the best toppings. The Blue candy Dairy is off the charts delicious and the service is good they try… I know it gets annoying when you have big kids like me calling to make sure my sides are correct 😀Great Ice cream and can’t shop‼️💯

i thought that the waffle was absolutely incredible They have the best ice cream in ch, great smoothies, drinks, candy, chocolate gifts etc. but it was so cool to see how i can rely on this place for a good lunch. i would definitely recommend going here, great vibe, great service and most importantly great food!

Great ice cream and smoothies. Every kind of candy and chocolate you can think of here. The line is sometimes very long, the workers make people's orders one at a time so if you come in and see a long line, run. They now have a self checkout kiosk which seems like it might help with this.

An ice cream shop as it is meant to be. Tons of varieties, flavors, and toppings. There is a big selection of candies, dried fruit, and chocolates.
