I think it’s been renamed Hunter’s grill. Had some amazing oxtails and rice and beans here. Workers were busy putting out new trays. If you’re into richly flavored, comforting stews, this is a great choice.
Smokey island grill is the only spot I know of where you can create your own plate. Don’t order pick up with their website. It’s an old link with the old management, the new establishment is called Hunters (like in the picture). I want to start off to say this west Indian food is spot on. I gave my husband a fathers day cookout and order the honey wing. It was so good that my guest was looking for more. I would recommend this place. The customers service is excellent.
The food is on the pricier side but you can control your portions (and price) to your liking. The food is well prepared and delicious. The food stations are clean, and the staff ensures customers sanitize their hands and wear gloves.

My first and certainly not the last. From moment I picked up food and saw the meat falling from the oxtail bone and goat I knew it was gonna taste as good as I imagined. Clean and you have to use gloves to use serving utensils. Very affordable for the amount of food received.
