Ejen - Brooklyn - Photo album

Homey korean run by mom and pop. Its nice to have ginseng chicken soup on a cold day (i think the soup is a little over salted) and the chicken meat was soft and tender. Ahh another thing is, no tipping was asked on the payment screen. Thank you halmeoni and hal-abeoji. Will be back soon ~ ~ ~
Food was delicious! I haven’t found a spot in Brooklyn that serves korean jjajjangmyeon except for this spot. The beef kimbap was also very good. Definitely hits the spot and all the food was delicious! Would def come back again 👍
I have to say portion is a bit small but the taste of comfort is definitely there especially that crazy tofu. This happens so often with us. There will be no line when we got in then the moment we order, there will be a long line right behind. Good for us I guess. The space is small about table fo
I saw a family eating some really delicious looking food, and stopped to ask them where they got it once I smelled it. When I got to the storefront I thought $21 was a bit pricey for galbi, but this was honestly one of the best I've had, which is not a comment I make lightly as kbbq is my favorite f
Loved the food! The service was also amazing. The crispy chicken dumplings were delightful, the chicken wings were good, and the japchae was mouth-watering!
First stop of the day and can’t say I regret any bit of it. Food was served with warmth and care for our taste buds and super super impressed. Wings were really a shocker, wouldn’t mind eating 20 of them in one sitting!!
Only got to try the fried pork dumplings but they were great. They weren’t overly crispy where it hurt to chew. The sauce was great as well. Looking forward to trying more in the menu.
Little ol’ white girl late to the bibimbap party… I could eat this every day of my life. Each ingredient is really fresh, not over-salted, the beef is flavorful and makes the rice taste really good, and there’s a nice side of kimchi to help you digest it all. A perfectly well-balanced, fancy looking
Tried Jajangmyeon for the first time and it was delicious. (don't worry I mixted it) The yakult dessert was also very tasty
A quintessential Korean spot in the heart of Industry City! Not too many Korean places in this part of Brooklyn so it’s a welcome sight. Friendly staff and delicious and authentic foods! Try the Jajangmyeon!
Homey Korean cuisine in an informal setting with courteous family-run operation.
I love Ejen! So much that I've eaten twice last week. Admittedly I've only tried their japchae stir-fry glass noodles, but everytime it's been super tasty. The food is made daily by none other than the owners, which in my opinion, speaks volumes. It usually takes a bit to get your food, or there are
Jajangmyeon and fired chicken 🐔 is the best! Even the salad 🥗 is special! Plants 🪴 and family photos on the wall give a homey vibe.
can't recommend Ejen enough: great quality and decent portions for the price. recommend any of the bibimbap options, the fried dumplings, and the beef kimbap. the grandparents running the kitchen are also great conversationalists :)
They put the comfort in Korean comfort food. Not only is the food great but the vibe of the place is warm and cozy. It's like sitting down at your favorite relative's home and having lunch or dinner with them. Most of the food here is above $10 but if you don't mind the price, you'll likely love to
