A beautiful place that makes you feel like you are on a Greek island . Delicious authentic Greek food and the staff is very very welcoming and very friendly and accommodating . I am so happy to have a place like this in Bayridge .

Small, storefront kinda place, with small staff, and a steady outflow of deliveries, yet felt good, and served excellent food. We stopped in because our son was hungry, so we mostly snacked, but decided we must come back for more, and possibly order delivery if we are too lazy to walk to 20 odd blocks. Mellow retsina (wife swore it off earlier, but this won her over). Place was getting filled up when we left. Well done straightforward Greek food.

I had my daughters graduation dinner here Tuesday night. Authentic Greek food delicious. Not the usual food like other restaurants. Sitting in the restaurant makes you feel like you are in a Greek restaurant in Santorini. Loved everything about the place and excellent service. Could not ask for more. Highly recommend it. Can't wait to go back🇬🇷🇬🇷🇬🇷🇬🇷

Decor is lovely, the food is simple and delicious. The spreads are divine. The wine selection is great. It is so nice to have scrumptious, authentic greek food (especially the souvlakia) and not have to pay and arm and a leg.

The food was delicious! Once I stepped out of the iconic blue doors into the cold New York weather, I realized I wasn’t in Greece anymore.

My wife found this place on instagram and wanted to try it out. We were very happy we decided to try it out. What a beautiful family run business. The owners and staff were friendly and explained all the new menu options to us. I had to try to the grilled branzino fish which brought me right back to my summers in the mediterranean as a kid. My wife had the lobster pasta which was out of this world. For dessert we shared the Baklava with some ice cream. Everything was fresh and on point. We look forward coming back with friends soon.

On my first visit to this establishment, I discovered that it is unquestionably worth the price. Not only will you leave satisfied, but you'll also have leftovers to enjoy later. I ordered Salmon, Greek Salad, Fries, and Calamari, and each dish exceeded my expectations. The Salmon was served fresh and warm, accompanied by an exquisite spinach side that was truly invaluable. The salad showcased its authenticity and deliciousness. As for the Calamari, it was delightfully crispy and practically melted in my mouth. In fact, the Calamari alone left me feeling full. Furthermore, the waiters provided friendly service, and the chef demonstrated impressive speed in the kitchen. Remarkably, all our food was on the table within a mere 10 minutes of waiting. If you're looking for a place where every dollar is worth it, and you have the means to indulge, this establishment is perfect. Prepare to savor fresh and delicious food in every bite.

Went to Blue Door during one of Bay Ridge's street festivals, which meant Blue Door and every business near them was packed or busy. They took my number so we can wander while we waited, which is a nice courtesy. Once we were seated later, we were served great food by the friendly wait staff. I really recommend the sesame feta, and their blue sangria. If you're looking for good Greek food, or just a nice restaurant experience in Bay Ridge, they're definitely worth seeking out.

This is definitely a super cute place. Ask for the garden seating in the back so cute. The food was good, however, nothing amazing. The servicer kept disappearing, and we waited a while for food

Really good food! Me and my family enjoyed our time there. The grilled calamari, octopus, and blue door chips were phenomenal. The Greek music added to the atmosphere and made me feel like I was back in Santorini. We had a struggle with what to order as it was our first time dining there and Ariana our server really helped us out and gave great recommendations, lobster pasta that came out with a great presentation and the sea bass with the option of being deboned with a side was a plus. Everything tasted delicious! Great service by her. We will definitely come back soon

We had the Spanakopita, Blue Door Salad, Chicken Gyro Platter (didn't get a picture of the Shrimp Platter), all were done very well, fresh, tasty, seasoned and marinated nicely. I'd definitely recommend this place for a casual dinner. Minor drawbacks, it is on the smaller side with one bathroom, but didn't bother us.

The overall aesthetic of this restaurant is beautiful. The stone floor graphic, the ocean waves on the wall, the rope lights that hang from the ceiling, and the pink flowers that caress the corner of the room really give the restaurant a relaxing, high-quality feel. I went here at the recommendation of a friend who said the pork gyro here was the closest to the real thing she ate growing up in Greece, so needless to say I had to try it. The pork was crispy on the outside but juicy throughout. The side salad that came with the platter was well dressed. The avocado/feta spread was absolutely delicious and never something I had imagined putting together until I saw it on the menu. The food came out fairly quickly and came out hot and fresh. And the man who waited on us was such a polite guy and didn't interrupt us every 5 minutes to check in. This made the experience that much better. The one thing I was not crazy about was the drink prices. 2 Frosés & 1 Blue Sangria came out to $50. Despite this, I'm 110% going to be back until I've tasted every single thing on the menu, and maybe even after that.

The food was very good & fresh! We did the falafel, hummus , then a chicken gyro & a chicken souvlaki platter. The portions could have been a little larger. But again everything was very fresh and good. Would go back . The aesthetic of the restaurant was very nice, made you feel like you were in Greece for a moment.

Place is amazing. Small gem in Brooklyn that has the best authentic Greek food that I have ever had. Portions were great. Food quality was amazing. The branzino and lemon potatoes were out of this world. The dips were kind blowing. Great food from beginning to end. I highly recommend going here as I will most definitely revisit this place!

I was visiting a couple of friends from college, one of which proposed to his girlfriend the day prior, so we all gathered and ate here because our friend from the area recommended this place. Simply put, you are going to love it here. The exterior of the building, as you'll see on Google, really does make it look like you're walking around Greece and stepping into a local eatery there. The initial sitting area is very clean, has a nice amount of sunlight, and is perfect for small groups of people. Take a few more steps just past the kitchen and you'll enter an outdoor space decorated heavily with tchotchkes and foliage. There's a neat little swing hung up in the back corner (that I had to take a picture on). The air conditioner was also heavenly, especially in this July heat. We ordered a Trio Spread for the table, and I can't say enough how delicious everything was -- we picked the hummus, spicy feta, and eggplant. There was also an order of fried calamari that was out of this world tasty, honestly some of the best I've ever had. It melts in your mouth, is flavorful, and is breaded a perfect amount. My main was the stuffed bifteki. I cannot speak highly enough about the dish. The portions were good, the presentation was great, and the flavor was to die for. Would eat here again no questions asked.

This has been my favorite Greek restaurant since it opened. Fantastic Greek wine list, consistent kitchen and incredibly thematic interior. Was just there last week to see how things were and was incredibly happy to see that the only minor changes since the last time in 2021 have been positive

The decor is cute and welcoming. The food is flavorful and fresh. The menu is small but enough to find an option for something you’d like. Overall had a great experience. The chicken skewers is definitely the best I’ve had, it’s flavorful and so tender, highly recommend it. Give it a try.
