He was very very knowledgeable on ALL of his products describing with perfect knowledge on how to use something wether he’d recommend it and was totally honest. His products are beautiful and he has other stuff that is amazing too. If you need a shop like this don’t waste your time pick this one you won’t regret it.
Their vape selection is expanding slowly but surely, albeit somewhat pricey, but it is what it is. This is a tobacco shop after all, not just a vape shop. Superb customer service, will continue to do business here. Would like to see maybe a 'Happy Hour' or any sort of discount to keep a satisfied customer base. I mean, it's easy just to walk a couple of blocks and buy same products for less, but you don't get the same customer service .. kudos for that. Keep up the great work.
The staff here is usually friendly. By usually I mean that most of the staff is friendly.
Almost every time that I walked in asking for vape supplies they had what I was looking for. But they're very pricey. I only buy things here when I don't have time to wait for an online order.
Their selection of cigarettes and cigars etc is great. Their vape liquid selection is not as diverse as I want it to be.
Well its very convenient cause its around the block, the customer service has always been great,, so what they are a couple bucks more than most, but id rather pay then travel, plus there wide variety of cigarettes and e-cigars are great, and its not a complaint just get more variety of Juice,, but otherwise you guys are great
