I never been in chipotle before at all. My son was hungry so we decided to stop by. The place was very clean, the workers followed all cleanliness procedures and covid19 protocols. The server was very nice and accommodating and cashier was very amiable as well. Overall a positive experience . We
Every time I order from here they mess up my order. This is at least the fourth time they forgot fajitas in our order. The forgot the medium sauce too this time. Really disappointing because it’s all a matter of reading the receipt properly.
I go here every Sunday but today I tried it on a Saturday and the customer service was terrible and they gave me half of everything! My bowls was so empty, I even asked the girl and she said that’s all we get! It’s definitely not worth my money anymore!!!
I'd give zero stars if possible. Avoid this location like covid! Some staff is ok. Others act like they don't even want to be there and it is an insult to ask questions or to expect decent service.
