I really wanted to try traditional food from African countries and came upon this place from twitter and just searching. The customer service was great. He recommended what I should get since it was my first time. So I got the Jollof rice, Tilapia with fufu and sauce (Egusi). And Goat with fufu and
The lady at the front had an attitude and when we were trying to ask questions she got annoyed multiple times. We tried the Fufu white yam flour with this yellow locust soup, soup was good but fufu had clumps in it .
Appetizer was a great choice, the Akara balls reminded me of my younger days in Lagos! Brought tears to my eyes just eating and reminiscing... I recommend and encourage anyone to visit.
do not order—food has zero flavor, seasonings and extremely charred. wasted $90!
Delicious food. I used to eat here often many years ago. My favorites were the tuwo (yam porridge), beans, suya, and goat meat stew. Honestly everything was tasty! I’m hungry just thinking about it lol 🤤

The food is delicious. My fav spot for west african food in brooklyn. So glad we found it
The food was good had red snapper stew with fufu & the tiger strimp and lemon bitter soda everything was great the customer service was amazing great place overall!
