OMG the greatest meal , service , experience in a long time. While I've been to the greatest restaurants around the world and across America I can truly say my mother's birthday was simple and meaningful with my parents on June 10th
The ambiance was perfect , from the moment we walked in , we were greeted with a smile . Seated in a beautiful position where conversation and sight of a excilent restaurant felt like a private setting cleanliness temperature and noise was spot on .
Our beautiful waitress Sahara was caring and went above and beyond for our special needs (my father allergic to garlic as well as a vegetarian) putting In the time and not at all feeling rushed , the head chef Matt , not only made a amazing meal but put together things for our taste above and beyond any 5 star cooking ! Everything was cooked beautifully, he came over at the end of our meal with such style and kindness this is his calling. ! The manager Stacie Hein , absolutely was spot on caring and truly making sure we all enjoyed everything.
I've never seem this kind of service and food in springhill / Brooksville , I can't express enough how wonder the whole birthday dinner with my parents was other than WOW please don't change one thing ! The three of them made this experience and meal perfect.

After looking at dinner specials and full menu, asked server if a lunch menu was available. She politely provided it with the explanation that it was only not available on Sundays. We were able to order smaller portions, which we wanted as it was still early afternoon. She and others on the wait staff saw to our needs, including iced tea refills, without our asking. When I asked about the salad I'd ordered and at the same time realized even smaller portions were more than I needed, I was immediately offered the option of making it 'to go', which I did. Good experience with good food..... highly recommend the small plates meatballs with ricotta.
Wife and I go to Carrabbas about twice a week for cocktails at the bar and to eat in the dining room. Nice diverse menu. The food is always great. Service is good on weeknights and a little slower on Saturday of course but not a problem because who wants to rush. If you do then you should visit McDonalds! Do however miss the Veal Chop my favorite! Would recommend to anyone who enjoys Italian food!
As always food was delicious. I had the lobster ravioli. They also sang happy birthday to my mom in Italian. Our waitress was so nice and attentive.
Wonderful service, great food. The bread is always great to start with and the chicken parm hasn't changed. Perfect for a random night out!!
My daughter asked me where I wanted to go for my birthday on March 25th and I choose Carrabba's as my favorite!!!
I wanted the new trios... Steak marsala, Chicken Bryan and some type of fancy stuffed pasta. They were all awesome!!!

The stuffed mushrooms so good all together with steamed Broccoli and mashed potatoes Hat off to the Manager Ricardo this is the reason I come here they always make sure I am soy free and stress free dining !!!! ...The greatest tenderest best tasting steaks in Spring Hill /Brooksville area !!!!!!! The service there is great tooo Don't for get Desserts and yes they have a Bar ...

Very good steak, wonderful chicken soup, calamari was good (little to much pepper)
The food was delicious ,the service was excellent.it was my first time definitely won't be my last .
It was okay. The Server was really nice and friendly. That saved the day. But $80 for lunch for 4. Great service, although Managers sitting down at tables talking while our server is behind on bringing out all the appetizers and soups and salads. The manager could’ve helped or came by. Kind a basic “Italian” chain restaurant
