In Brooksville looking for lunch and chose Fujiyama Japanese Steakhouse. The usual show and humor. The food was good, the chef was friendly and fun. Prices were agreeable and lunch specials available. Lose a star for overcooking my seafood despite my warning. They also have sushi and a full menu. T

It was OK. Service was excellent and our hibachi chef was very nice and skilled, but not quite as "showy" as I would have loved for my kids to see. By the time he was done cooking and I had everything on my plate, I had about 5 minutes before they were bringing to-go boxes. That was disappointing. I

This place was absolutely perfect! The food! The drinks! The hibachi! The lobster! EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! We had such a great dining experience with 6 people walking in. We had to wait maybe 20 minutes and were seated...after a visit with the very well equipped bar tender...thank you all! I highly

Always a fun experience watching someone cook your meal. Restaurant was clean, staff friendly, and they really tried to make the experience special for the birthday girl.

Took our dads here for fathers day! Excellent time! Had our own private room.. they truly enjoyed it! Many laughs and memories made to last a lifetime. Recommend this place highly! Food was great and Happy Hour all day on Sundays!
