Jimmy John's - Brooksville - Photo album

Terrible Terrible Terrible: Shame on you Jimmy John’s! First I’d like to say the customer service at this location is awful. It seems no training, supervision, or guidance is given to employees. They are generally rude and most times can’t be bothered with a simple task like taking your order.
We showed up. Gave the girl at the counter our whole order which consisted of 4 sandwiches and she then told us that they are out of turkey…how are they out of turkey? They just had a huge order come in and we’re very professional about communicating that it might be a few minutes longer than normal (even though it still took less than 5 minutes to get my food!). The
Zack hooked it up with a mean Italian! Had to come back for a second one immediately! Amazing food bud!
