Stopped for Christmas dinner while traveling and it was an extremely pleasant experience. The entire staff was polite, upbeat and fun to be around. They were very busy but kept up and kept smiling, it was a great choice to stop.
We always received our food quick and correct. Staff is always smiling and happy to see customers. We order breakfast and lunch items. The restrooms are always clean. Our waitress always asks if we want a to go drink and is always thoughtful, all of them!
We enjoy coming to this location.
Waffle House is a great place to eat if you don't want to spend a lot of time, yet still need real food, not fast food. Quick service, friendly staff, and fair prices are what made this place a 5 star experience!
I frequent Waffle Houses all over the eastern US. It's always a pleasant experience. I always get the same thing: a double order of scattered, smothered, covered and chunked, well. That's hash browns scattered on the grill, covered with cheese, smothered with onions, embellished with chunks of ham, and fried to an extra level of brown crispness. If you don't tell the waitress "well" yours won't be as brown as mine. The staff was so friendly and attentive, and they gave me a generous veteran's discount. I recommend this restaurant and will eat there again when in Brookville, Ohio.
PS: on this particular occasion I didn't get onions, because I was attending a social event and wanted people to keep liking me.
This one in Brookville accommodated myself and another driver in our huge, Prevost buses! It was just us, but the food was fresh, expertly prepared and the service was fast and friendly. The Waffle House restaurants in Ohio have always been fantastic. Worth a great, affordable breakfast that beats the fast food joints
It was my first time in one of the Waffle Houses and it was awesome! I received lot's of coffee and the food was incredible good!
Warm welcome, friendly staff, convenient location and good food. We went this place for the first time. There was a person to direct a table with warm greeting. Really nice staff, friendly customers and travelers make me go back this place again.
