We’ve had this place on our radar for some time, so when I asked my wife where she wanted to go for her pre-Mother’s Day dinner, she chose Poor Boy’s Riverside Inn. And our first visit didn’t disappoint. Now you know why I married her lol! Even our daughter got to join us for this fabulous meal. Whe

As always, superior food and service in very relaxing surroundings. I actually watched a racoon come out of the wooded copse, stroll up the front walk, peruse the specials and then saunter back off from whence he came🥰 Hard to belive this is so close to main thoroughfares and businesses. I heartily

This is my FAVORITE SPOT to dine when I want some EXCEPTIONAL Cajun and Creole cuisine! The Cpt. style chairs and the windows that surrounds much of the dining area adds to the restaurant's allure.
Have been a highly satisfied patron since I was a kid when it was at the old location on the river in town. Great old family recipes! Delicious food, caring owners, helpful staff many of whom have worked there for decades. Try their amazing sweet potato Beignets and bread pudding with extra sauce!!
