Hook And Boil - Broussard - Photo album

Great find! My husband and I were on our way to New Orleans and happened to find this place. Apparently we arrived at the perfect time - 5:00 pm, before the Friday night crowd arrived. There is a great mix of people, from families to couples. It was a great find! We ordered fried pickles, chips
Been here a few times for lunch. Great boiled shrimp, reall peeled well and full of flavor! Really good apps! The burgers I haven't been as impressed with, but still pretty good. Place is clean and the service is decent. Overall, a nice dining experience.
First, amazing service!! But not only that the food was awesome!! We started with a few beers, crawfish egg rolls then I got the 1/2 pound boiled shrimp and my husband got the Catfish Broussard. All dishes were flavorful, hot and presented just right!! We ended with the bread pudding...wow!! What a
Best boiled sea food in the area. The shrimp, the dungeness crab and crawfish are just amazing. The rest of the menu is also delicious, my favorite is the redfish with the mac n cheese and the roasted boiled potatoes as sides. I haven't tried anything in the menu that I would not recommend. Is a lit
This place rates as the best restaurant for crawfish I've ever had. (I've been eating crawfish for almost 30 years). It was $29 for 5 lbs of boiled crawfish and $18 for 1 lb of boiled shrimp. Yum, yum. Oh yeah, the waitress was wonderful and the fried pickles were crazy good.
The food, service, and down home atmosphere here couldn't be better. Trained chefs in the kitchen and a well trained wait staff make all the difference. Plate lunches are out of this world! Great boiled seasonal seafood (including crawfish from the owner's ponds) and exceptional burgers.
The crawfish and shrimp boil was delicious! The restaurant is clean and staff very friendly. Avoid the potato salad. It is really dry and may have bread crumbs in it? We were not sure what was in it.
The crawfish were great. Service was good. Unfortunately they did not have any shrimp or sausage to go with the crawfish. They were sold out. Nice and spicy food though. Just like I like it.
I visited Hook and Boil with company who wanted to taste Cajun food. We were not disappointed with the food at all. The ambience was nice and quirky. We had ordered the Praliné chicken, boudin egg rolls and the crawfish queso as starters and they were so good, we are actually contemplating on gettin
Best boiled seafood. Crawfish was a little small yet on this visit early in the season, but the seasoning (got to go with spicy) was so, so, so, so good. Service is always great too.
Maybe the best food around? The crawfish enchiladas were great and so was our server Caitlin, you should have heard her remain jovial even when the customer behind us demand that no other food touch his bread or he would throw it on the floor.
Omg!!!! I loved the atmosphere, customer service, and food! They obviously pride themselves on amazing customer service. Our waiter, Tyler, was sooooo friendly! We ordered boudin egg rolls as an appetizer along with crawfish and shrimp as entrees. I can't wait to tell my friends and family. I will d
