The staff was friendly and kind .The food was hot and fresh they were quick and refreshing. I'd been driving for over six hours so I was extremely tired and sleepy however the Nacho fries woke me up.

So I have been craving Taco Bell... The last time I went to my local one on Congress in Lafayette it was HORRIBLE... That being said I was in Broussard and thought let me try here... The store was very clean. I even used the ladies room, also VERY CLEAN. There was a few ladies working they were all very polite and greeted me as i walked in and as i left. My food was hot and they actually followed my request of no sauce on my food!!! I will DEFINITELY come back to this location!!!
The girl that served me was so nice and the food was so good it’s not often I get great service like that

This was probably the best experience I’ve haver had with any Taco Bell. In the drive thru it was quick to the point you didn’t have to wait a while just to get your order taken and when it came to the food it was freshly made. I ordered a steak quesadilla and right out the bag it was hot as could be. Nothing was lacking about the quality it was the best one I’ve ever received. The taco was freshly made and it wasn’t all soggy. The experience was nice
At first I they handed me the wrong order but they quickly made it right. They were apologetic. This Taco bell is usually on point with the orders.
I go to this taco bell sometimes 3-5x a week. I don't think I've ever had an issue. That's pretty amazing. I love this place.

My wife and I don't eat out often, but when we want something quick and tasty, Taco Bell is usually the first choice. On our first visit the employee in Drive-Thru, was more than friendly and exemplified true professionalism and customer service. We will definitely be making a return trip when we don't feel like cooking!
I drive to this location, because the one in New Iberia, is awful. The food is alway prepared correctly, and the bag is not full of grease.
