This is by FAR the best place to get sushi ( it's called maki here) or food in general in town. The owners are so nice! Their dumplings are amazing and just overall this place is a gem 💎. This place is so conveniently located by TSC and UTRGV. I really hope this place lasts a long time.
The Japanese restuarant that Brownsville has needed. Food is amazing with soft and tender chicken, perfectly cooked dumplings, with white rice to die for. The quality and flavor is in every bite.
Love this mom&pop sushi joint! Owners are very humble and courteous. My favorite is the spicy salmon bento, but you can't go wrong with any order. If you are not into raw seafood, the sushi combo bento is what my wife gets. The potato croquette that comes with it is awesome. The sesame peanut sauce
This place is AMAZING! I was a picky eater and my boyfriend took me here to try out the sushi. And now my favorite thing to always order is the Gani Maki! ❤️ They are super friendly, clean, make you part of their cute and sweet family with their smile and kindness! #1 in my heart

Definitely a place you need to try if you are a fan of sushi. In my opinion, this has to be the best sushi in Brownsville and the valley by far. The prices are great, service was awesome and the food was delicious. The Cali Maki was about $5.99, the Phili roll was about $6.99, ebi was $2.99 for two
