The food at this location is usually better than the other location. The service here is not so great during the day. At night the service is pretty awesome. The caldo actually was not good at this location. It tasted like dirty dish water. All the other food was great, and it normally is.
Excellent Mexican and American food !! Have been eating in this restaurant since it opened back in the early 2000’s. Friendly and great service. My favorite waitress is Olivia very attentive and cordial. An exceptional treat that must be experienced!!
I’ve been going to this restaurant for 5 years already and I go Monday and Saturday. I love the food and the staff is so welcoming. This food was on point all around. The Limonada, the salsa, the fideo, and the tampiqueña. If the place is packed you will wait a good 30 minutes for your food, but it is well worth it.
Excellent place, highly recommend it the food was delicious and huge servings. The service was the best, very courteous and informative about the menu items. Will definitely go back.

The staff is amazing!!!! They made my dad's 84th birthday so special and treated him like a king. The food is so good. The flautas were great and the Mollejitas were absolutely terrific. The atmosphere is fun and nostalgic.
So if you r visiting brownsville this place is where you need to stop and grab some food .different food plates to choose from,breakfast served all day the service is awesome, the staff is great very welcoming.you won't be disappointed you will be going back to try something different each time . h

Great portions, great recipes, Brownsville tortillas, and great dessert! Loved that they were able to accommodate my gluten food allergies. This place has it all.

Come here with a big appetite, all their dishes ate served with heavy portions! Whether your here for breakfast or lunch, they have some massively served platters! Be forewarned, they're breakfast Tacos areserved to the brim. Worth the price. Great service and we always walk out satisfied.

I got the taquitos and they were amazing!!! Don't let the outside fool you, once you go inside you realize what a hidden gem this place is. They even have different forms of payment like Google pay.
