Staff were very friendly, place was very clean, and food tasted great. I love the Chicken Tortilla Soup and it didn’t disappoint. Staff kept checking and seeing if refills were needed. Wasn’t a mess inside. Would recommend coming here for sure.
Visiting Chick-fil-A is always a pleasant experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They always smile and are polite when handing you your order. I've never had a bad experience. I often come here in the mornings for their iced coffee as I love it so much. For breakfast I'd recommend the Spicy breakfast burrito, for lunch/dinner always the spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese. Their friendly staff and delicious iced coffee and sandwiches are what keep me coming back. Also, please bring back the chicken salad sandwich! 😹♥️
First time having breakfast. The chicken bowl was simple yet good. For 8am in Brownsville, the outside temp was high 70s but side the store was low 60. Very cold to enjoy thr food!!
Food amazing playground for children a little dirty but overtime your child will love it. its service is pretty fast and good would recommend to take your only child so they can make friends

Standard chick fil a but did notice that their play area was open for kid use. I have not seen any play area in use in the mcallen locations.

About 2 weeks ago I forgot my charger, I called and they still had it,I had not picked it up until today and they STILL had it,they gave it to me. Talk about customer service, BIG THANKS TO CHICK-FIL-A. Btw they make the best cookies, really fresh and warm 🤤🤤🤤🍪🍪🍪
The dining room was not busy. The tables were separated. Everything looked clean. The staff were all friendly. The food was hot and fresh

The drive through was a little busy but the staff was nice. Little hard to understand the outside attendants, but I'm not a native Spanish speaker and majority of people in the area are Hispanic. Everyone was polite and accommodating. Didn't forget anything on the order like other places do. Overall pleasant experience.
The service was quick and friendly. The indoor dining area was also clean and well appointed. The food was tasty/good, as you would expect from a Chick-fil-A. Access from the street was a bit of an adventure, but there was plenty of parking once we got there.
