First time eating here and LOVE it!! We live 45 minutes away and it was worth every mile. We ordered the catfish with fries and a double bacon egg cheeseburger with onion rings.... ok a piece of homemade caramel cake!!! What we did NOT expect was a ONE pound burger!!! My gracious! The amount of food you get for the extremely reasonable price you pay is amazing!!! The staff we talked to were super nice and polite. The menu gives you SO many options! Brownsville Burger Basket will NOT disappoint!!!!!! Great local place to eat!!!!!! We will definitely be making more trips to Brownsville!
The best Sweet tea, cakes, and burgers around! Love the Ribeye Steak plate also!! You can't beat the price of it with everything you get! The crew is friendly, inviting, and know the quality of the food they serve! My favorite place to eat in town!
I'm a picky pain in the neck when it comes to food especially burger - type fast food. I walked in with my fiance and said, "it's a burger joint, how good could it be?"
Two minutes into the meal I was JOYFULLY eating my words! The burgers and baked potatoes are HUGE! The flavor is spot on FANTASTIC! And it is extremely well priced. I would easily go out of my way to eat here again and again!
This place has the best cheeseburgers anywhere. So huge, come with an appetite, save room for a piece of cake or get it to go. My husband and I ate at Gordon Ramsey Grill in Vegas a few years ago, $60 for 2 Cheeseburgers, fries and drinks! Not at all worth it. These burgers much better!!

We eat there 2 - 3 times a week. Great food...burgers, fish, salads in tortilla bowls. We're sad they're now closed on Saturdays but understand health is important.
Always great food and courteous staff, even when some customers are jerks.

I normally get The Burger Basket. And it is awesome! But yesterday I decided to try the barbecue bologna. It was off the chart! I think I have found my new favorite :-) the service and staff are number one!

Omg drove 40 minutes to taste the food and I was so happy that burger was so dang on juicy and big and the loaded fries I had were so awesome I'm glad I made the trip to check them out and will be back to try out more menu items first place I been to in a long time that has a wide range of food to sale the customer service was over the top and so friendly they made me feel so comfortable I wish I knew the ladies names who help me out while I was trying to order... The wait for my food wasn't long it is what it should be expected for fresh hot food thanks to everyone who work yesterday I really enjoyed myself
I love to eat here whenever I get to Brownsville. The service is great, the food is good, the place is clean and they have plenty of parking. Go hungry because they give you a lot!
Get hamburgers every time I come into town. They are big beef patties. The sides they offer are numerous and delicious. The batter on the onion rings is spot on. My kids love when go here.
Pretty good burger, great onion rings, and really awesome iced tea. Thoroughly enjoyed eating my lunch here. The best part, it's a mom and pop didn't eat at the local national conglomerate.
I know this may sound a bit odd, but the bathroom deserves honorable mention. Very clean and very stylish..

They use real hamburger meat, not that frozen junk that burger king and McDonald's use. It's very greasy like a hamburger is suppose to be. I'm a big dude and it filled me up and I can eat for 2 people. I orders the bacon swiss burger with curly fries and also ordered some onion rings which were delicious. This is defiantly a must eat place. It's off the main highways and interstates for like 20 minutes drive it's worth it. A great meal at a great price.
My chicken strip sandwich was so good. So good! Topped it with bbq sauce and paired with fries for the perfect dinner on the road. I usually enjoy a burger when we stop here, but was not disappointed in the chicken! Others in the car had cheeseburgers and EVERYONE was happy. This place is a favorite for when we drive through!
