I've never had a bad experience at a McAlister's. This was no exception, and it was the best food of a seven-day trip to Texas. I tried some non-chain restaurants a couple times, and McAlister's still was best. The staff was friendly, and the food was great. I actually seek them out sometimes when traveling, as we don't have any near home.
