Regardless of what you order (we only order drinks, we Dont like the food) it still takes 30 minutes to get your order. Doesn't matter if you order ahead in the app for a 4pm pickup time and arrive at 415. Prepare to wait 30 mins.
Always friendly folks. Specially I love to stop by here in the morning. Once in a while they messing up my orders. But manager is always try to fix the problems to make a customer's happy.
Honestly every time I go here I feel like the experience gets worse and worse. The wait for only drinks was like 30 min then my drink was completely wrong. And when you call no one answers the phone. Wouldn’t complain too much about the wait if my drinks were right.
I ordered a Buffalo popcorn chicken and two drinks an hour and a half before they closed and I guess the workers were too lazy to fry up more chicken because my “chicken” was 95% just burned up tiny pieces that didn’t have any chicken in it. Very dissatisfied.
I’m starting to wonder if anyone even works here anymore. Sat at the drive thru for almost 10 minutes…nobody answered. Can’t count how many times this has happened either. Ridiculous.
Just ordered 10 minutes before close. I seriously hate being one of those people being in the industry myself, but whoever answered the intercom at 9:50 on 9/22 was very accommodating and super friendly! I am so glad to see such hospitality still exists. Thank you - will return next time I am in tow
Service was fast, and the drive thru person was nice and courteous
We ordered on-line and received a free entrée. We picked the food up at a window that's available at this Sonic. It was good 👍 which is pretty consistent at this restaurant.
