Teach your employees better customer service skills & train your managers on how to treat customers. Our pizza was cold, so cold the cheese had already hardened & when I called to complain, the shift manager said he'd replace the order & pick up what was left of the cold pizza. There were 4 of us ea

The pizza tasted tasted sugary and like canned tomatoes. Hardly any cheese, and the WORST CRUST we have ever had from Pizza Hut. The whole pizza was overcooked.
