The food was prepared to order and served promptly. My greatest appreciation (second only to the service received) was the automation of paying the bill. The cashier area can be congested with activity. We were able to skip the lines and continue to enjoy our day.
The food is good. I am addicted to the biscuits - honestly I have a problem. I can't speak on the dining room service as I never eat in the dining room. I am a takeout/DoorDash kind of girl most of the time. However, the cashiers and floor associates seem very nice and well trained.
Typical food! Welcoming staff and gracious service Server offered a large container of water to-go. Decided to rest here for a moment after a 9-hour drive with 4 short atops along the way. Highway noise! The ground shakes from the traffic. It resembles a train ride. Jacks really helped. Several hotels nearby. First experience at this.
There are no words. Not from the south or Midwest so never understood the fuss about Cracker Barrel until recently. Pancakes so good I could cry. They have perfected the wonder that is breakfast, let’s just leave it at that.
This location gets quiet busy weekend mornings, especially with the church crowd on Sunday, but once seated the service is normally quick.
Our waitress was very polite, organized and attentive to needs. The food was delicious; we went on Wednesday for the broccoli cheddar chicken. The restaurant and store were neat and clean. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

CB is one of our favorite restaurants. It's always a good atmosphere, good people and overall a good time. However, today, our waitress Jada was on the ball. She had the best person to person service that we haven't really seen in a long time. She made each member of my party feel like we've known her for years. Great job Jada, the way you provide customer service is spot on. Keep it up. And to anyone who reads these reviews and knows Jada, tell her the Peach Topping guy was very impressed.
When we came in, we were grateful for them letting us spend the night in our RV on our road trip. We came in to have breakfast as a thank you for the stay. We were seated immediately and the server was great. Everything tasted as we had hoped. The restaurant was clean and neat and the people were great. The food was delicious and did not have a single issue.
My chicken dinner was delicious 😋 and I had leftover for lunch the next day.
I also spent the night in the back parking lot, with quite a few other RV's, Vans, and cars. Cracker Barrel is so wonderful for allowing overnight stays for travelers, thank you Cracker Barrel!
Please, overnight guests, clean up after yourselves, so we can continue to stay.
We stopped to eat at this Cracker Barrel while traveling. It is right of I-95 so it was very convenient.
The service was excellent and our server was very welcoming. We ordered the meatloaf special with mashed potatoes and fried apples. We were so hungry I forgot to snap a picture, so just got a picture of it the fried apples and biscuits.
There are many options for lodging near this restaurant which is great when you are travel weary.
I did not care for the tacky t-shirt that a manager was wearing. “Love is Love.” I guess Cracker Barrel went woke! Be careful about losing your good customers. Some people don’t like being offended , but they don’t mind offending those that don’t agree with their ideals! That does not belong in the workplace! Would a Christian be allowed to wear a t-shirt with a pic of Jesus or a Bible verse? Just food for thought. Thank you!
Excellent service, very friendly. Server was attentive. Order was placed quickly. Food was good, a little slow coming out compared to most CB experiences. Clean, social distancing in place with table placement/seatings. Tons of fun merchandise to browse through from candy to jewelry to picture frames, games, and clothes. Ample parking. Rockers in front. Easy access to freeway.
