Only bad thing is that some lunch bentos are labeled vegan, but they come with a house salad, which is not vegan. You can order a vegan item and receive non-vegan food. Otherwise, nice place to eat. Have always loved my dining and carryout experiences at Lil Tokyo..the sushi is always fresh and well prepared! They also have a good lunch special..2 sushi rolls, soup, salad and edemame! Always a good, healthy lunch, at a reasonable price..
Very good Japanese food, definitely the best sushi in the Topsham/Brunswick area.
Do yourself a favor and order a bento box and grab a Sapporo beer.
I got the teriyaki chicken and rice with spicy tuna roll. The soup was very good, the salad was phenomenal and I loved the teriyaki chicken.
Bento box lunch specials include miso soup, garden salad, edamame and a select half roll in addition to the main sushi rolls. Apx. $15. Such a good deal! Excellent food. Wheelchair accessible.
Happy that they have some vegetarian/vegan options. Would I go out of my way to try this place, probably not. But then again, I didn't eat sushi.

Excellent sushi experience—the portions were extremely generous and I LOVED the sushi boat. We could tell the fish were fresh, and there was a vibrant crowd in the restaurant. Definitely some of the best sushi in Maine!

Excellent quality sushi and surprisingly affordable prices. Good service, too. I have a new local favorite sushi place. Try the yellowtail belly nigiri!
