Good Cheap Food and Great Deals on Wine. Tess's is near and dear to my heart (I've been getting their sandwiches since I was little-- we even got one of our cats from one of their litters), so I'm a little biased. However, I feel they offer inexpensive and good food (pizza and sandwiches mostly) that they produce very quickly. Moreover, the offer a wide selection of liquors in a range of prices and tastes. Most importantly, Tess's strives to offer quality alcohol at very reasonable prices. The staff are also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about their products-- ask them for recommendations for any palate. Customer service is an important part of Tess's; for example, I am able to go to Tess's and ask for wine reccomendations for longtime Tess patrons. The staff, who know the tastes of regular customers, always provide me with a wine that perfectly suits the people for whom I'm buying.
One of my favorite places to grab lunch and a bottle of wine for the evening. Small, family owned and operated, and run the old fashioned way with heart and soul.
This is a small family run deli and the family are very knowledgeable about and offer a wide variety of wines from all over. They make all kinds of sandwiches snd pizzas that are great. Well worth the money which they dont charge a lot of for their stuff
A. Great ole time shop. Hidden gem if looking for great wine when in the area. Only have had the sandwiches once. Adequate. My choice maybe not the best. Meatball sandwich. I like my own. Fair prices. Local. Give tess a whirl b.
Insane wine selection. Most of them are among the top 1% of wines in the world and most are under $25. I'm deeply impressed!
Super-kind owners, tiny little shop with a better wine selection that you'd expect. A convenience store that has it all, including sandwiches and hot pizzas to order.
Portion sizes are fantastic .Great selection of wine. Had the rueben with extra meat was very good. Slight gripe was that I could use a bit more crunch too the bread. Super nice lady. Will be a frequent flyer if their pizza is as good as sandwiches.

Great pizza, Tasty Subs, and I think this place literally has one bottle of every type of wine that is ever been made in the history of wine...
Chef salad was great but I was disappointed when I got it and it was on a paper plate. I would recommend a container with a cover.
Really enjoy their sandwiches. They also have a great selection of beverages. I hear the pizza is really good too but have not tried it yet. Very friendly every time I’ve been there.

THE BEST for wine. Has a great variety with reasonable prices. Always willing to help with selection. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Yummy food too! I Hope they stay around for years to come.
By far my favorite place to buy wine. Ann is incredibly knowledgable and helpful. She's got an fabulous selection and puts together some great deals. Whether you're searching for you own "house wine" at $13 or less, buying a couple of cases for a party, or putting together a very nice gift for someone, Ann has got you covered. Share what you've liked in the past and she'll steer you to some new options. Don't judge the place by the exterior. You could drive by it for years and never know the treasures that lie within.
Great wine prices. People were very friendly. They sell sandwiches and pizza. It smelled delicious but we're on Keto. Shouldn't be drinking wine but oh well.
The pizza from Tess’ Market is a staple of my childhood. Ate it from ‘92 to 2001, before moving. Every now and then I come back for another pie. Best pizza I’ve ever had!
Have eaten their Pizza's since I was a kid. LOVE them. Nice flavor, mild sauce, soft crust. Great as a left over too. Their sandwiches are awesome as well.

Go to for excellent wine, beer, and sake for my family for as long as I can remember.
And fabulous pizza! If you are inclined to cheat on the Cabin, this is the place!
Ann and the crew are always so pleasant - they have a spectacular beer and wine selection, and god dang those sandwiches and pizzas are nice traditional italians and quite the bang for the buck
