Dine in is 11 -3 only. We carried out dinner. It was nicely packaged and they included plates and utensils. Beef and broccoli (and other entrees) comes with a scoop of rice so we ordered extra rice. One order of beef and broccoli was enough to share with the extra rice. They were busy with phone and walk in orders but we only waited 15 to 20 minutes for our food. It was good.
They are not open for dining inside due to being understaffed (exception of lunch hours- not sure if that's everyday). I am thankful that they are still offering take out (been here several times and have always loved the food). Decided to take advantage of the early time and took the dinner across the street to the walkway/park and sat with a great view.
Our family picked up a large order for Christmas Eve dinner & everything was absolutely delicious, and I have to say the best duck sauce I have ever had!

I usually don't eat Chinese food, but I might start eating it a little more. The beef and broccoli was fantastic, the ladies at the counter were a delight, and the cooks cooked the food pretty quick for a large order. I would recommend Ming's in a heart beat.
Perfect place for Chinese takeout. Portions are massive and you get the option of mild, medium, or hot for the spicy dishes which is great. Service was excellent and the young woman running the counter was pleasant and did very well at multitasking (answering phones, greeting customers, taking orders, etc). Food was delicious and everything was super clean, fast, and efficient. Overall, we would eat here again if we are ever back in the Bucksport area.
I had the Szechwan Seafood accompanied by a dozen Crab Rangoon. Get the spiciest version they offer. It was that and more. Big chunks of seafood--Shrimp and Scallops were the stars of the show and of course the sort of veggies you'd expect mixed in a very good piquant sauce. Good stuff for sure. The Crab Rangoon was excellent as well!!

The absolute BEST Chinese food. Orange chicken or tofu. Eggrolls crispy. Never a bad meal. Highly recommend 👌 👍
I made an order for Valentine's Day for my wife( her favorite). I called it in to be ready at a certain time and even though they was extremely busy with a ton of orders it was done on time and EVERYTHING was done perfectly. I thank the busy staff for doing excellent helping a non chinese food guy to get all the perfect meal together. And yes even I ate some and it was good.
I would give them five stars if they would take us seriously when we say, “make it spicy”. It’s still really good. Honestly, it’s an area favorite.
A tasty place for some delicious American Chinese food. Large food portions for a reasonable price. The views are also very nice. The staff are friendly and very attentive. Would definitely visit again!
Excellent American Chinese food. The Dumplings are especially good.
We decided to try this place out. Food wasn't too bad. The lo-mein had a different taste to it compared to other Chinese food places. I wasn't a big fan of it, but my hubs liked it.

I know I am spoiled. I lived near Chinatown in New York City so I could go into a restaurant I was familiar with and Order up something that was in my head that wasn't on the menu. I kind of miss that. That is my one complaint about Ming's. Ordering up something they don't have on the menu that I have in my head costs a lot of money or is just a simple no we won't do that.
Other than that, I think their soups are hands down the best I've ever had in any state.
