Summary: fast service, delicious black milk tea, reasonable price.
The Gong Cha near where I live closed a while ago, and to be honest, nothing would beat Gong Cha in my heart. My favorite drink is the simple black milk tea with 50% sugar.
When I visited this place during the weekend, there was no line and wait. Service was fast. The cashier who took my order was super friendly and patiently responded to all my questions as it had been forever since the last time I had been at Gong Cha.

the taro boba was delicious. it's getting harder to find places that don't make it too sweet. this place is great. they even have a sweet factor where you may request different sweetness (from 0% to 100%) the recommended is 50% which worked for me. despite being busy, I got my drink fast! great employees keep up the good work :)
Located at The Source OC inside the food court. Plenty of parking space. Blessed to enjoy cold drink indoors on a hot day. Wish smoothies were also available in large size. Cash only today. Not spectacular but good taste. Definitely worth a try.
We went there on a Saturday afternoon because it gets serious time on an IG account I follow. We had the snow cap winter melon tea. Friendly service and location had a lot of people working on laptops.
This place is hard to find if you use google map. This restaurant is actually inside a shopping mall, on the top floor. Drinks are good. Staffs are okay. Beautiful view. I came to this place in August 2017.
Ordering takes some time if there's a queue because people struggle to make decisions. You have the ability to customize your tea to your preferences.
When ever i out go get boba, i would only get smoothies or a slush no matter were i go. My friend told me to give this place a try. So happy he did. I officially LOVE strawberry milk tea . Since I've tried milk teas in a few different shops...but nothing compares to this one. I love this place so much, i wish there was a location closer to me. So everytime i go now i always pick one (or two) up 😅.

Very standard Boba Tea shop. It was good but nothing sets it apart from any other Boba tea shop.
I only had their lemon wintermelon tea and it was good. The price seems a little on the high end but I do like that they have a loyalty reward. Some of the workers are new so they'll most likely get your order wrong like how they got my size wrong. Other than that, it's great to have Gong Cha at the Source.
Our family are die-hard loyal customers and will go at least once a week to get a boba fix. Plus, it’s always an excuse to get some fresh air at the Source.
Just ok. Taste more milk than tea, 50% sugar is still pretty sweet.
The drink is taste is very good. I am highly recommended to eveyone.
Teas were very good! Loved the service and would visit again.
The drinks here are better than the others in the same plaza. The price is kind of high though.
