This is a great place to stop and get a salad or sandwich. I had the veggie sandwich, and my hubby had the Italian. The sandwiches are large and can be ordered as half or whole. They also offer sides like potato salad, macaroni salad, chips, and grape leaves. I also saw desserts in the display case

I had the Sorelle Italian Samdwich…Make it Spicy with Gia. The environment is very relaxing with lots of smiles. Very friendly and prices are competitive. Cheers Locally brewed soda fountain

Friendly staff, which is always a winner when in a mountain town. I had the Gouda sandwich and it was good, although might have been better heated. Bread was good, but fell apart. Tomato basil soup was amazing.

This is a great place for lunch! Gluten-free breads and dessert cookies inclusing the sandwiches; amazing, atmosphere; fantastic. The building is in front an old Colorado cabin and back beam and post build out. Such a classic modern Colorado atmosphere. The food is five stars and we will be back. We had the sorelle salad with chicken, apple salad with Chicken, Ruben with homemade marble rye bread, and a half of a bit. Excellent all the way around!

Original review 3-24-21: Absolutely wonderful little hidden gem! Had the Lasagna with meatballs, which was a huge portion and absolutely amazing and the Turkey Cranberry sandwich. The sandwich was filled with fresh ingredients and we were stuffed by time we left. Soda fountain is from Rocky Mountain soda which is always my favorite as well. Beautiful patio for outdoor dining and even a place to dine with your dog (separate from the normal patio) absolutely recommend to anyone passing through or just looking for a great place to eat! Update 3-26-22 : Back a year later and still loving this little gem. The weather was beautiful and we sat outside. Staff are still kind and attentive, food was still just as delicious. This time we had the chicken pesto and side Caesar salad. The croutons in the salad are house made and lettuce was cold and crisp. The pesto had great flavor to it and really added value to the sandwich, good meat to veggie ratio. The winner this time was the hot italian beef sandwich though. Boy was this a good sandwich, a little spicy and packed with flavor. Also, grabbed a carrot cake and cheesecake to go and really enjoyed them after we had time to digest our lunch. See you next year!

Gotta keep thanking this lovely deli for gracing our small town. I used the online order system today for the first time and it worked flawlessly. I have the flu and I didn't have to croak out my order on the phone. And since I paid online my hubby just had to walk in and pick it up. Thanks ladies and gentlemen.

If you want a good sandwich come here. We’ve stopped in a couple times and we are always so happy we did. The Italian, chicken pesto, porchetta (light and fresh), and hot beef (warm and rich) are delicious. Their cookies are also top tier.

Sorelle Delicatessen was recommended by some locals. My wife and I were in town doing business and from the recommendation we chose to come here for lunch and we were not disappointed. Fantastic atmosphere, great staff, fabulous food! the turkey and havarti was above my expectations and the wife's reuben sandwich was out-of-this-world. We took the ravioli dinner home and it was 5 star. Don't forget the deserts! The bread pudding was better than anybody's grandmas in the cheesecake was perfect to share.

I really enjoyed stopping unto Sorelle. The only downside to the sandwiches was the filling was a tad sparce and the bread was fine. I think the freshness of the dishes were on point due to it being super local.

We ate here several times and did take out too. Fantastic sandwiches, ravioli with sage, cookies, and a quiet outdoor patio. Neat family history, too. Highly recommend!!
