Food was delicious - huge portions. Service was attentive and polite. It was clean and nicely decorated. Parking was no problem. I can't imagine going back to Gail's where I'm treated rudely and fed second rate grub. We'll certainly come back here.
Went there for Father's Day breakfast. We went pretty early and got right in. So nice to have a breakfast place walking distance from home!!!!
Bright and cheerful decor. HUGE portions and very tasty - skillet, omelette, cinnamon french toast, waffle and smoothies. Nice to see a steady flow of customers coming to try it out. We'll be back.
Such a nice place and delicious food! The banana and strawberry crapes were beyond delicious and the portion is huge. It can easily be shared.

Best part, there is espresso! Not many places have espresso, but FPH has Lavazza! Awesome!

Delicious breakfast, great coffee. We had a large group and they accommodated us well. Decor is nice and modern. Restaurant was very clean. Kids meal choices are good (they're big). Omelettes are tasty, with crispy hash browns. Cinnamon toast pancakes got great reviews by our family. Service was adequate for our large group. We'll be back.

I haven't found an item on their menu that I didn't like. This tucked away pancake house in a strip mall is an amazing find. Great food at great prices. Plus the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. They even ran after me in the parking lot to return my gloves I had left at my table! Great people!

Tried Flappys this morning with family. The decor was nice. The staff is very friendly and the food delicious . I just have one small complaint with the Chorizo omelette . It was not spicy. That was the only disappointment for my husband . So nice to have a new restaurant to try. Price are within reason. Coffee was nice not too strong. Over all a 4 star meal.
My girlfriend and I had a great experience here. The place just opened by us so we decided to check it out. Flappy's menu has so many options and is awesome! Our server, Ernesto, was very kind and accommodating in meeting some specific food requests. They also have a walk in cafe type bar. Our server offered coffees to go when we were leaving! Will definitely go back.
Highly recommended. The food is delicious and the place is nice. Follows all the rules to keep us safe while keeping great service.
-Oh and definitely try the Mexican Hot coco is the best!

This was my second trip with my husband and our friend who was in from out of town. All three of us got pancakes of different types. I got a breakfast sandwich as well. We all thoroughly enjoyed the soft and delicious pancakes, all of our eggs were cooked well and were fluffy and the waitress was very kind.

One of my favorite breakfast spots. Food is excellent. Clean and bright place to eat. Wait staff is sometimes disorganized but very friendly and happy. Many good choices on the menu. Small waiting area.

Very nice server. I go out weekly. But they charge extra for " cubed potatoes" instead of hash browns . Never was told. Also 2.00 to share a plate. Will stick to my regular places. Ridiculous. ..
