I've been here twice, both times I ordered online for pickup (they have better deals and family meals online which they don't offer in store ordering) and my order was correct both times, the food was up to their standards and mine. $50 fed four of us with left overs. The staff was friendly and helpful
Yummy turkey dinner with delicious veggie sides. Minus one star as they didn’t have any butter for the corn bread.
The food is fresh and tasty. I had the 1/2 chicken dinner with creamed spinach and sweet potatoes. I saw something new on the table, a spinach -artichoke concoction, which was a great dip (a little salty) but they had nothing to dip in it! So I took it home to eat the next day with pita. The cashier was very friendly. The pecan pie was good too.
I was pleasantly surprised with my Boston Market order via Door Dash. I honestly haven’t had Boston market in 10 years and was not expecting much. Instead, I got something above expectations. The food was extremely well priced, and it was of great quality. I got the Southwest Santa Fe Salad without chicken. Everything was of great quality, and it was really nice and light. I also had a few bites of carrot cake, and it was delightful. The cream cheese frosting was just delicious!! Also, my delivery came very quickly via Door Dash. 100% recommend
Ordered meals for 10 plus a cake. Changed pick up time at the last minute. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. All food fresh hot and delicious and ready upon arrival!!

The food was delicious , and over all service at the restaurant in Buffalo Grove, Il was great. Above all, Marcellino, the man that took our order was very courteous. Marcello should be recognized for his great customer service skills, he is an asset to Boston Market.
First time at this location, wasn't disappointed. Same great quality as the dp spot. Great food+ drinks. Service was eh while we were there but we had a big crowd so it's to be expected.
pretty good little bit tough to get you you can see it from the road but you got to play The Roots to get into the parking lot. good food is always I really don't understand why some of the Boston markets closed. must have been ridiculously high rent bumps.

When I was told my choices were go on Keto or face diabetes, I despaired of being able to eat at restaurants anymore. Then I walk into Boston Market and... oh man, I could feast! It's amazing how satisfied I feel after a 3 Piece Dark with the mixed veggies and green beans. Leave off the cornbread and voila, slow carb/no carb friendly. Water to drink and BOOM, I'm full and still totally on track with my diet! The chicken is always moist and delicious, and the vegetables have been great as well. A little extra salt and pepper is all that's needed to make me scrape the plate clean and leave me feeling satisfied without feeling sick. Thank you Boston Market for helping make keto/slow carb a little more tolerable. I'll be back on Cheat Day for some mac and cheese and some of that wicked good corn bread!!
The food is hot and fresh the chicken &string beans & dill potatoes & diet coke bring to your table! The staff cleans up your dishes &takes away your trash and thanks you and tells you come again!
Picked up several dinners for a injured friend. All were very good & kept nicely in fridge. My friend was impressed by the quality of food.
Though sometime the chicken can be overcooked, the most of the time it is really tasty. My kids love it! Keep up with the quality and do not overcook the chicken! :)
