Showed up at 3:35 for a quick sandwich. The breakfast menu was on the screen so I tried to order a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant, but was told breakfast ended at 3:00 p.m. I asked them well can I see the lunch menu because it's not on the screen and was told they do not currently serve lunch
I placed a mobile order for this tim hortons, the app specifically says “choose a location to see availability”. when i arrive to the store to pick up my order, only 2/5 things i ordered was actually available. at 11 am this store had NOTHING. not even a plain bagel. not to mention, the bag of donut
I always have to ask for a stirrer because my sugar is always at the bottom. I ask for milk, I get cream. My tea is never correct. I only go to this location if I have no other choice. Terrible
Drive thru workers have a really bad attitude
And they have a Karen working the drive thru which would explain the bad attitude

The customer service here is amazing that I always get my coffee and less than a minute. whenever I'm in town I always go here at least three times a day. Best coffee in the country and in Canada.
Actually was at Charlie The Butchers and Tim Hortons awesome sandwiches they even had prime rib roast beef and my fiance loved the turkey my father of course got a triple triple from Tim Hortons and he loves hot coffee cuz they don't give it to him at the nursing home
Only drive thru was open. There coffee was cold. This place for anything is my last choice.
