Its a bit pricey but the ice cream products are absolutely delicious. The staff that was working were extremely friendly and helpful with picking out what a person may want. Not to mention the toppings and everything is very fresh.

3 girls were working. I walk in and one of them practicly yells "not it". They had limited options on cakes and tubs of ice cream. Overpriced and horrible customer service.

the value and consistancy of servings and how well it is made has gone WAY down over the last year or so. you can do much better at sonic, Baskin Robbins or Thrify, for less. Coldstone isn't unique anymore and the others have better service
