I think they need me at Starbucks because this place is in shambles. Staff was rude and the place is beyond filthy inside and out.

Staff was very nice but, the coffee I received was not tasting good. It was watered down and had a strange taste. I couldn't finish it.

Caramel Machiato was delicious. Kudos to the workers who made my drink!! However, I would have to agree with some of the other reviews here that the customer service is pretty bad. I don't know if it was rush hour, but someone named Mary was the only person I had an issue with as she kept rushing me

Visiting LA For the first time. Ordered my favorite lemon loaf but forgot to ask them to warm it.. I asked ANDREW to warm it please. For the 1st time ever I was told "I want to make a mess on his nice clean oven" I SWEAR I was so shocked that he said that. So NO he wouldn't be able to do it for me.

Burbank, Alameda Starbucks, is one of my most favorite 😍 open late locations. Nice staff, fast service
