The food is good but the customer service is horrible! I asked for tofu spring roll and they say they couldn’t do it which doesn’t make any sense when they have tofu items in the menu . Other pho restaurants I been too was able to do it . I asked them if u can asked if they can since it’s not in th
They're always friendly when we visit we're always greeted with with a positive demeanor. The service is pretty quick, the wait time no longer than 5 to 7 minutes after placing your order. The food is delicious, prices are good for the quality and quantity of what you order
One of the best Banh Mi’s ever! Fully loaded with all the veggies and cilantro! Thai Tea was on point, perfect balance of tea and milk! Great customer service. Very clean and very organized workplace. Love it
Great and prompt service. We ordered Pho (beef) and pork rib with rice, both were delicious. Prices are very reasonable too (~$12-13 for a dish).
If there was negative (-5) starts I would have given it b/c that's what they deserve. This is my second time coming and last. Lady on the register js horrible, disrespectful, rushes you , talks over you while you are trying to order.

Rotten steak for there pho steak and would not remake are refund my order. treated me like I was criminal for asking for a remake horrible Customer service I highly do not recommend them unless you want food Borne illness
Some may say the service can be kind of non responsive and maybe rude. However they are just trying to get EVERYBODY in this busy restaurant their delicious product. Gyoza is always cooked perfect.
