First of all, I am thankful that this location allows dining in. I don't drive, so I can't go through drive-thrus. For folks like me who walk and take the bus, this restaurant is a blessing.

Long wait in drive thru, operator that took the order was RUDE. Window service without a greeting or any kind of interaction. Just take the money and leave. Associate who brought the meal to the window didn't even say hi or acknowledge Me in any way.

Went for a vanilla “moo” latte and all I got was a plain vanilla ice cream in a cup. When I went back to try to get the right order all they did was throw in a chocolate syrup and the same vanilla cup and gave it right back to me. Poor customer service.
