Reliable local cold stone in Burke! Over the past 10 years visiting this location it’s always been a great experience.
It’s always clean, they’ve got all the food options and great seating options outside.
Great place, always clean and smells so good! The only complaint I have is that they don’t use gloves, I just hope they was their hands before serving us. The ice cream is always fabulous and checkout is quick and easy. Staff are nice and friendly!

The ice cream is amazing! From standard flavors to more adventurous ones. You can mix flavors and toppings to make something truly unique. The staff is kind, helpful, and patient. The store is clean and has both indoor and outdoor seating available. They also let you sample ice cream flavors. I highly recommend this location if you are in the area.

My daughter and I love going here. They have great milkshakes. Our favorite ice cream server is named Kelani. She consistently greets us with a smile, is polite and makes our ice cream perfectly everytime. My daughter likes how happily she sings the songs when we give tips. We have yet to have a bad experience at this location... so far so good!
It's an average-level creamery in opinion. The cashiers give their best approach to their customers and their products are just what you would expect. I got a strawberry smoothie twice for $8 which I thought was overpriced but it didn't kill the quality of the product itself.
Now owned by a retired U.S. Marine with young children. Genuinely kind man serving good ice cream.

I’m visiting from out of town and stopped by here. The establishment was clean and the person working was friendly. I had a peanut butter cookie dough with Reece’s peanut butter cup milkshake. I died and went to peanut butter heaven. Only complaint would be the price. If you’re not careful it can get pretty expensive.
Always friendly and quick with service. Great variety of ice cream creations. Plenty of parking and several shops including grocery, Thai, massage and coffee. Seating for about 15 and there is a bathroom. I usually tip so I can hear a new ice cream song.
I'm a HUGE fan of cold stone ice cream so take this review for what it is - biased from a cold stone ice cream lover! This location in particular: it's great, friendly staff but then again, I've never been to a cold stone that i didn't love :)
