We have been going to the Burke Jersey Mike's for a couple years as a family. I'm not sure what has happened over the past two months but the service and food has been the best we've seen in over two years. There is a warm and friendly atmosphere and the store is spotless. The employees are extremely helpful and smiling. Kudos to management at the store. Well done. We will recommend to all we know.

Food is always the best. Greatest customer service at any "fast" food restaurant. Rita, the manager, has the most pleasant and kind crews assembled. She stresses customer service and its noticeable. I pass other Jersey Mikes to come to this store. You will not be disappointed.

Placed an order online using the mobile app, and it was about twenty minutes late from the estimated pick-up time. I wasn't too upset about that, because I know the pandemic has taken a toll on all businesses. I got home, opened the bag, and the order was completely wrong, including sub sizes. I tried calling a few times, but no one answered. I drove back to the location to try to have the issue resolved, and the employees were rude but offered to make a smaller sub to supplement one of the subs that was made too small. I got home, opened it up, and it's a completely different sandwich despite being asked beforehand what I'd ordered. I tried calling again, but no one answered the phone. UPDATE: Management immediately reached out to remedy the situation after seeing this post. Really appreciate that. Thank you!

I've had a delivery from this Jersey Mike's at least once a month for the last few months and I've never had any issue. Every sandwich has been delicious and fresh. They have the best Cheesesteaks around and I'm sad every time I'm done because I wish I had more!

They get 4 stars because the food is so good. The parking in the shopping center is also excellent. The staff is indifferent at best and just not really that nice to interact with at worst. The shop is WAY too small. Very very cramped if you don't want to breathe the air of the person next to you. Only one table and none outside, so if you're looking for a place to dine in, this isn't it. Finally, with all the boxes and other junk right inside the front door, it's just not very welcoming. So, the sub might be one above but this establishment is not.

I worked for a different Jersey Mike's a few years back and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I'm a fan for life. This Jersey Mike's has been good in quality in all my orders (which my husband usually picks up). But today I went in to order and pick up because my app wasn't working. (It's also my birthday, and a bit of a tradition to eat there on my birthday.) The three boys who were working had good attitudes--one had a great attitude, and was obviously the most senior of them. One was obviously very new, so the other two were training him on wrapping. The older woman who was the manager on duty was so harsh and rude with them, I was appalled. It was extremely unprofessional. They were a little in the weeds with online orders, so I gave the very new guy some instruction as he wrapped my sandwiches. The woman yelled at *him* for me helping him a little! There is nothing unprofessional about being new and needing to be trained, but there is something awful about the person clearly in charge being so oppressive to the people she's training. I feel for those boys. If the owner/upper management doesn't address this woman, I'm sure they are going to see high turnover and low morale. She was rather gruff in her demeanor to myself and the other in-store customers, as well. I give four stars: one star each for my sandwich and each of those boys, and minus one for the woman who sliced my sandwich!

Needed a catering order ready to go at 10am, was a little worried because that’s the time they open. Walked out within 30 second of open- perfectly wrapped order in hand 🙌🏻

My favorite fast food subs. As a native NYer, I know sub sandwiches. These are fast food, but far superior to the other chains. Meat is sliced on demand. Rolls are fresh, not overly seasoned with flavors added to mask the fact that the meat doesn’t taste like anything since it was cut days ago(Subway). The toppings are fewer than some places, but generally of higher quality. Love the condiments, especially oil & vinegar. Loyalty program is a nice bonus, far superior to any “$5 or $6 foot long” promo.

If you are bored by Subway, this Sort-of-Philly style sandwich chain is a decent alternative. Many of the sandwiches taste almost the same so there is no reason to fret over all the choices. If you like Italian subs, get the #2, Jersey Shore. It tastes the same as the more expensive ones .
